Multi-family friendly home with large beautiful outdoor living space and plenty of off street parking. Home is minutes from Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. Home is located in a nice neighborhood with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Main level has three bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and three full bathrooms. Bunk room downstairs is 2 rooms connected with a hallway that has 2 queen beds and a twin with trundle. There are beds to sleep 12 and memory foam sleeping pads for 2 additional sleeping options. Downstairs also has a large family room with a TV, foosball table and an arcade game perfect for entertaining a group while the main floor living room offers another group comfortable seating for visiting and watching TV. The sprawling outside living space is beautifully landscaped with a covered patio and a large lawn with mature shade trees ideal for your large family gatherings and BBQ's. Activities outside include a horseshoe pit, swing, tree house, corn hole game and children's riding toys. The back yard is fully enclosed, perfect if some of your group would love to sleep out under the stars. Guests have access to a garage. There is ample outside parking for all your lake toys.

Vacation stop
We visited Page to tour Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshow Canyon. Great location. The home is very well maintained and cozy. Beautiful back yard. Owners were very responsive.

We had our family trip we went out to the Antelope Canyon and some place around , the house has a perfect location for all the places you want to go really is beautiful, the backyard is awesome, my son had a lot of fun in the futbol table. Thank you I will definitively go to your house again

What a happy home!!
We genuinely loved staying at this amazing place! The home is clean and well stocked. There were plenty of linens and other necessities. The couches were all big enough (and comfy enough) for naps and extra sleepers. The beds were comfortable and there were lots! The backyard is the best part of this VRBO - what a wonderful surprise. It was so charming and we loved spending the evening out there, eating dinner and playing games.

Page Arizona stay
Older home that is well kept and conveniently located to just about everything Page has to offer. Our family used this home as a place to stay each night after spending the day on Lake Powell. The home is well maintained and our communication with the owners was exceptional. The only negative was what I would describe as an older home smell when you first enter through the front door. My kids complained that it smelled like sewer but with a little Febreze and opening the windows and back door, the smell dissipated. The home also provides boat parking which was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Another Great Stay!
We had another wonderful stay at Tom and Vickie’s home! Our grandkids loved all the games and playing in the backyard after being at the lake all day. It’s so nice to be able to have a nice place to stay, cook and spend time with our family.

A great place to stay
Our family of 8 had more than enough room. The hot Arizona July had us appreciating a garage to pull into as well as the patio cover and lush, large and shady back yard. The yard was decorated to be entertaining and was pristine. Kitchen and several bathrooms have been upgraded with excellence. AC was exceptional. Very quiet and neat neighborhood. We can’t recommend this place high enough.

Girls house for camp
We rented this home for a group of girls who were attending a summer camp. Even though we had two teachers serve as chaperones, the girls mistreated the home. We are working to make it up to the hosts. On their end, the hosts have done everything right. They provided a beautiful home, and made everything easy on our end. Their back yard and garden were amazing!

This property is clean and nice. We were able to sleep 12 people, but one was on an air mattress. The backyard is beautiful and the host were wonderful to work with! It is only a short distance drive to Glen Canyon Marina. We were able to park two boats one in the driveway and one on the road. I would recommend this VRBO.

Great house in great location
We enjoyed our stay in this friendly neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend. Really enjoyied the backyard. Plenty of boat parking. There were even blocks there ready to go go boat parking.

Perfect home for a family or group.
Our entire family agreed that this was a perfect home for our stay in Page. We loved arriving to a clean and well stocked home. The beds were comfortable and nice to return to after a day on the lake. The kids really liked having an area in the basement to play games and have a separate space. The kitchen is easy to cook and serve in with everything in working order. There were plenty of dishes for 11 people. The backyard is immaculately cared for and provides an absolutely perfect place to relax among the roses and antiques. We all felt safe and comfortable and appreciate Tom and Vickie sharing their lovely home.

Great place to stay
The house was wonderful for us. We had 12 people staying at the house. There were just enough for everyone to sleep on a bed. We had a child end up in our room and the other family there also had a child end up in their room. There were extra sleeping mats provided at the home which was nice so they weren’t sleeping on the floor. The backyard is beautiful and really nice space for the kids to go outside and play or watch the fish. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and let us in early (if we could have gotten there early). Any questions we had were answered quickly.

Great stay!
Our family had a great stay! Wonderful backyard fun for our grand kids at the end of each day on Lake Powell. We had some issues with the a/c but were allowed to stay in another home which had a gorgeous view of Lake Powell. Vickie and Tom were great at corresponding with any issues. Loved our time together in Lake Powell! Thanks for all your kindness Vickie and Tom!

The AC went out on the house the day before our arrival, Every accommodation was made to make the home comfortable for us during our stay. The home is lovely/so Clean and the kids loved the arcade games and also the back yard is lovely and a nice place to relax. We enjoyed our stay despite it being warmer In the house . Wonderful Place to Stay!
Excellent place to stay in Page! The owners are so friendly and helpful! They put together a great book of things to do. The back yard is a wonderful place to hang out. Loved the fountain and lighting! The kitchen has everything you would ever need. Every thing inside and out was clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Lake Powell!!!

This home was a great find. We didn’t want to break the bank with our extended weekend to Powell so it was within an affordable range and it was a beautiful home! Very clean, very close to everything we wanted to be close to and it was very family friendly. The yard was beautiful with a fun treehouse, horse shoes and just over great setting. And the home had everything we needed with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend it. We had a group of ten and everyone slept comfortable in beds and we had plenty of space.

Perfect home for lake vacation
We have stayed here twice and plan to stay here for our yearly vacation until our family outgrows the house- maybe even then if we can find another home close by to rent. The home is clean, the kitchen well stocked, sleeping arrangements are perfect for our family. The back yard is absolute heaven! We can't say enough good about this lovely, conveniently located home. It makes our Lake Powell visits as close to perfect as can be!
