This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in dung huts in Africa with better customer service than this run down piece of worthless real estate. Upon check-in our TV didn’t work. Our phone didn’t work. I tried to call front desk front on my cell repeatedly with no answer. I called Choice CS and they couldn’t reach anyone either. Instead of staffing the front desk, they have this stupid robot that works like a video call to the manager. It was useless other than serving as a surveillance system to make sure no one got an extra cup of coffee. No chance of that since the coffee pot was empty! The miser who owns this property has to be the biggest skinflint on planet Earth. Also, it’s time you got rid of those 12” monitors you’re trying to pass off as TV sets. In case you haven’t heard you can get a 64” big screen on sale at Walmart for around $100. Tour operators stop punishing your customers by booking this lousy joint. They deserve better and you should be ashamed!!

The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The parking was convenient and safe. It was nice to walk to restaurants and shopping. The shower water could only be turned to warm. It was at least warm enough to shower. The cost was very reasonable so I can’t complain too much. We would definitely stay again in the future.

- No front end staff, checked in by a person from another county via video at a kiosk!! - Hotel wasn't very clean and was very rundown. We had to ask for new towels as our towels appeared to have chocolate or something else on every bath & hand towel (they were folded like they were clean). - Had a plumbing issue & we stood at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting for a staff member AFTER trying to tell the guy on the video screen that we had an issue & he cut me off before I could let them know what the issue was & said he would take care of it (he didn't even know what was wrong!)

Although the location is great, the hotel is very old and not clean at all. Since my parents needed a very quiet room, I tried to communicate with the staff to change rooms, but it was not possible. The front desk service was extremely poor. This is the first time I’ve disliked a hotel so much that I felt the need to write a negative review to express my disappointment!

This is a case of getting what you paid for, though the value is hampered by a need for improvement. The breakfast service was disappointing: selections were very limited, one of the food trays was empty, and the coffee was incredibly weak—it felt like 99% water.

This hotel is extremely noisy. I couldn’t hear the front desk clerk at check in because of a loud band. We left and went into town to wait for the band to stop. When we got back, the hotel had karaoke until late in the evening. The surrounding area was quiet, but the hotel intentionally generates its own noise. Beyond this, there was noticeable damage to the room - the property looks overall poorly maintained. The breakfast spread was almost entirely cleared out by 7:15am except for cereal and juice. The nice thing is the location is very accessible to Page and we were able to walk to external dining / shopping options very easily.

My stay was ok. I honestly am not sure why did I book my stay here. This was way too low for my standards. But I was to tired I stayed. On a solo road trip. Last night of my trip… the place smelled weird. Very old looking and not took care of. My room was clean and I was able to sleep ok - unfortunately I had to have my headphones on - my room was right about the lounge bar and they had very loud music for a while. Not very restful. The lady at the front was very nice tho and I found parking very close. Also the people that go at that hotel zero manners - everyone was slamming their doors of room and cars and it was hard for me with the noises and laughing so loudly. To me hotels are a place to rest and recharge not a way to get wasted and loud and disrespectful to others. Nobody was on site in the evening beside the man in the computer.
