Hard pillows,card key needs fixing took minutes to get in to room . Dinning at the cafe was so slow to be seated we had to go somewhere else .More detail in the beginning about what card types to use for the deposit

It was too smokey. Having to check in at an area where there is smoking permitted is bad for people who have issues breathing. Same with the eating areas I side the casino area. People who have breathing issues cannot enjoy those amenities.

I guess I have never stayed in a smoking room and it was pretty disheartening to see all the cigarette burns in the room. It kind of makes you feel unsafe in a hotel, knowing how careless smokers are.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are dated, but clean. For the price it’s a good place to stay in Pahrump. The casino is super smokey, disgusting. The hotel is to the side of the Casino, so it’s very good. We did hear neighbors clanging around at about 7:00am. But that’s fairly typical at any hotel.
