Big rooms, thin walls..
Check in was ok took a little time and the lady was pleasant, lesson learned she asked if I had a preference on buildings and that’s where the stay went downhill and maybe I’m just being a Karen but she put us in building D right next door to one of the only occupied rooms in the whole facility…I walked by hundreds of empty rooms only to find my room next to an occupied room and low and behold a couple hours later we had a neighbor upstairs… I understand trying to group rooms to ease housekeeping but at least but a room between us. Our TV intermittently shut off and unfortunately maintenance could resolve the issue. Luckily we were so tired the neighbors TV didn’t keep us awake. The rooms are very large and clean. Beds are a little lumpy but bedding was clean. Two older raggy towels for us to use. I think I’d try the Nugget to compare. Definitely saved us a few hundred bucks from heading into Vegas. Very convenient if you are doing the Bronco Off Roadeo.

The Registration desk sits in the smoke filled Casino. Check in took longer than usual & I had to breathe in toxic second hand smoke.

Our stay
Room was very clean. The casino was very smoky, but that’s to be expected and it’s a good thing. I don’t gamble. The only issue I have is the check in. Our rooms were ready an hour before check-in and they would not release them until it was check in time. Another hotels they’ll release them, so we can get in after our long journey. I understand if the rooms weren’t ready, but when we were walking around the property, the housekeeping asked us which room we were looking for. We told her and she said those two rooms were ready. Also, there were no blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and when I asked for them, they said I had to come to the front office and they only provided a sheet. Other than that , the property was clean. Everyone was friendly.

I Love Saddle West Hotel in Pahrump Nevada
My stay here at Saddle West Hotel is always most comforting. It's people such as front desk clerk MICHELLE who makes this particular hotel desirable. And lets not forget the delicious buffet.

I liked the pool/jacuzzi. But was very disappointed that room didn't come with a refrigerator, or microwave. My AC and TV stopped working. Changed room 3x on first night! It's ok if u wanna just lay your head to rest. But motel 6 has better accomodations...
