Find a dreamy destination for a group of friends or an extended family at this beautiful home in Palm Desert, a five-bedroom property that's been meticulously updated with excellent amenities throughout. This 3,700-square-foot property includes a main house and a one-bedroom casita, as well as a gorgeously landscaped backyard with a private pool with tanning shelves, a spillover spa, a built-in grill, and two outdoor fireplaces. You'll entertain easily in the sunlit living space, two dining areas, and a well-appointed kitchen with a walk-in pantry, double ovens, and stainless steel appliances.
After a night spent gathered around the 70-inch TV. There are two primary suites, one of which offers its own private entrance from the front courtyard. One of the guest bedrooms has a Sega Genesis system. The casita is on the north side of the property, featuring a separate entrance, a private patio with an outdoor fireplace, a mini-fridge, and a bed.
You'll find this home two miles north of El Paseo, the famous stretch of downtown Palm Desert known for its outstanding restaurants, upscale shops, and art galleries. There are dozens of world-class golf courses within a short drive, including several open to the public. You can catch professional tennis action at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden six miles east, the site of the annual BNP Paribas Open, or spend a memorable morning touring the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens three miles south.

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
