**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
