The room we booked through Expedia was terrible and we are sure a pet friendly, which is not good for allergies. The front desk was nice enough to upgrade us to a much better room. Not happy that that is the room they are offering through Expedia. Pools were clean and food at cafe excellant

The mineral hot tubs are amazing. The sauna is great. I absolutely love doing a hot/cold plunge. The chinese food restauraunt by 711 is always great

We reserved a king bed room, but have to switched the room two times and that was two full size bed . First was because the toilet wasn't working. 2rd was the door lock was not able to lock the door and could opened from outside. We also found a cocoroge in the bathroom. The pools are good.

It felt like there was room for everybody it was no need to be crowded in one hotspot because there were four other ones and felt really catered to taking a day off and getting out of the house and having the experience of the amenities

I used to really like this place but it has gone downhil, and I can no longer recommend it. Bring your own towels! They literally don't have enough, and you will have to wait hours to get one.

The hotel was built in 1950 so it's a little step back into time. Their is a gate around the building and parking which made us feel comfortable. The Natural Hot Mineral Water pools make this hotel unique the hotel is a little rundown but what do you expect for the price.

Too many screaming kids
I have always loved this place to get away and relax, however, this time there were way too many kids who were running around and yelling with no parental supervision at all. It was not at all relaxing. It’s very unfortunate, I don’t know if I am coming back. There needs to be a curfew For these kids and it needs to be enforced.

$16 bucks for a hamburger???
They just came out with a new menu and all the prices have taken a pretty big jump. Before it was a nice place to eat and enjoy the outside but I took one look at the new prices and walked out. 16 bucks for a hamburger is nuts. Overall enjoyed the visit. They do have hanging extension cords draped over the some of the balconies and from the trees which looks pretty bad. Been that way for years. Prices for this place are all over the map depending on the day. I would say, if its 100 or less per night, you should enjoy your visit.
