We didn’t even check in the place was incredibly run down and there were people in the parking lot cursing smoking and all together did not get a pleasant feeling about staying there. We turned around and went home. I’d like a refund but understand that it was past my cancellation window. I feel like we were miss led and this place was not at all what we were expecting :( date night ruined

the room was ample and clean, there was a lot of loud thumping and people walking, I had to wear ear plugs the second night. my room was 112 , i would not recommend this room.

A classic in DSH!
Wonderful stay! This property has mutiple (6!) pools fed by the aquifer that it sits on. Both hot and cold pools, sauna etc. The rooms are older, but very clean, everything works, and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff were uniformly efficient, helpful, and courteous ... as were the rest of the resort staff (lifeguards, groundspeople, pool care staff etc). The Sunshine Cafe was great. Terrific waitresses, great food. All-in-all, a really nice place! And a bargain! Will be back!

Stayed in room 112. Bed mattress was terrible! Lumpy, springs making noise when moved. Old mattress for sure! Making sleep difficult. Chair in room no cushion,sitting on the frame uncomfortable. Pools were nice Now hotel requiring a resort fee.

RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE!!!
After flying into Palm Springs and upon arrival to the hotel we were told there was no room for us. Even though we had our confirmation number and proof we had a reservation she insisted it was for the following day. Bottom line is they gave our room away and it didn't matter to the extremely rude check-in woman that we came a long way to stay there. Their solution was to assign us a room in their sister hotel next door. I'm still very disgusted with the way we were treated, not only by the Hotel, but by the customer service at Hotels.com as well. What a joke!

The people at the front desk were amazing! then the hotel is too old, under maintenance, the pools were not roo clean, the room smelled bad, the bathroom door did not close, it’s extremely expensive for what it offers
