Love this property! This was my second stay here & I always have a great time. Bar area is always lively and the bartenders are very kind. Highly recommend!

The landscaping was beautiful, however the chairs on the balcony was absolutely disgusting, old and filthy dirty! Couldn’t even sit on them! Also thought we paid for a balcony over the pool or golf course! Instead got a view of a rooftop! Would never recommend or stay again

There were a few issues in our room (455) that needed attention. I did not bring them to the attention of anyone in the hotel. 1. The electric plugs closest to the bed did not work. 2. There was a heavy layer of dust on the shelf in the closet. 3. There was visible dust on the wood frame of the closet closest to the bed. 4. We did not request daily cleaning of our room but did request a change of towels and that the trash be emptied. It was hard to get housekeeping to understand or be consistent.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was really nice and so accommodating. We were able to get in a round of golf while we there. The course was beautiful!! We can’t wait to go back in the Spring.

Was not told of remodel/construction ahead of time. If known I would not have booked there. At check out I was told that I should not have been placed in that room. Housekeeping was poor. Staff was very nice. They were still remodeling the area I stayed in. First night the heater didn’t work but they were able to fix it the next day. The bed was not very good. They need to upgrade them. It was an ok place. Nothing special as far as the room goes. The facility itself was nice however. Like the bar, gym and reception area. Didn’t use pool or even look at it to judge.

I booked a king room with Mountain View and got a double queen room with no view. On night two I had to switch rooms due to “seasonal bugs” according to management…a few get in make babies and then you have an entire swarm staying in your room with you. Maybe that’s why I got the two beds. Hallway was littered with drywall and other debris. Ice dispenser room had trash in area that was still there the 2nd night. My 2nd room was musty smelling and still had 2 queen beds even though I booked a king. I was too tired to complain, but knew I was going to leave this review. This level of pride in property is deserving of this. Do better doubletree.
