What an amazing stay from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Our reservation hostess, Angel, was one of the kindest and most helpful people we encountered. He generously shared great recommendations for nearby places to visit, including Palm Springs and Palm Desert. This hotel truly feels like a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet, serene residential area. With a peaceful walking trail and a golf course just behind the hotel grounds, the setting was incredibly calming. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful. God’s nature was all around us. Praise God! Our trip was restful, relaxing, and wonderfully quiet. We’re so grateful to have experienced such peace in Cathedral City, especially because it was me and my sister very first sister trip together.

The air conditioner made a lot of noise. It rattled constantly, so I had to wear earplugs when I slept. And the dishes were not very clean, but I ran them through the dishwasher and left it better than I found it.

Such a large hotel and you put people next to each other. The walls were thin enough for us to hear the couple all night long even after calling the front desk and complaining.

We arrived easy check in staff was great. The breakfast was good. My hotel room was very nice and clean. Tye only thing was out of our 2 night stay we did have any hot water when trying to shower. 1 morning the water was hot.

Unfortunately our stay was sub par, room was not very clean. Areas of shower were not wiped down and corners were cut in lots of areas. Throughout areas of the hotel as well, cleanliness just isn’t top notch. Walls are very thin in this hotel and you can hear everything from other rooms. Could here people having s*x next door so it was quite an unpleasant stay. The table area for breakfast was not well maintained, tables not wiped etc. some guy even feeding his dog the buffet food on a plate under one of the tables. When we raised some of our complaints to front desk nothing was done at all to help make things right regarding our stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Their room cleaning policy was light service every 2 days and full service every 4 or 5 days. Due to new years etc. we did not get any cleaning service and had to ask for it. Even then we got the light service when we were supposed to get the full service. Breakfast was ok.. may be again due to new years but some items were not available..limited options. The fitness center was very old feeling, no mats, limited equipment, in the same room as laundry.
