When I got into the hotel room 106 all the counters, the TV the bathroom counters were all dirty with dust. The hot water didn’t even get hot and the room never got clean by housekeeping. They just left a little sign saying if we wanted anything to call the front desk. My lady had to clean it herself and had a little smell. I think I should get some refunds from me or a free night.

I've stayed at properties right downtown Palm Springs and never been charged for parking.Everyone's trying to be Las Vegas or Disney now and nickel and diming guests for everything

We got a 2 bedroom suite and 1 of the bedrooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke!! Then when we went down for breakfast there were sport team kids everywhere and there was no where to even sit. We tried to wait but breakfast was over before we could get anything

Good stay

I don’t really like Palm Springs or any other desert for vacations, but if you go in springtime or fall it’s ok. Nice spot to stay with a nice pool. Always clean both times we’ve stayed here. Close to shops and food and not too far from DT Palm Springs
