We stayed here for 6 nights. Their room cleaning policy was light service every 2 days and full service every 4 or 5 days. Due to new years etc. we did not get any cleaning service and had to ask for it. Even then we got the light service when we were supposed to get the full service. Breakfast was ok.. may be again due to new years but some items were not available..limited options. The fitness center was very old feeling, no mats, limited equipment, in the same room as laundry.

Nice hotel but never again. Very well located for the freeway and Palm Springs. Clean room, spacious comfortable bed, decent self serve breakfast. The reason for the 1 star was the mechanical equipment directly outside our bedroom window (room 324) it was that loud it may have well been sat at the end of the bed, I was offered an assistance room which I did decline so the hotel did try and help the only other alternative was to wait around the hotel all day for a room to become available and that was not an option.

The only negative point, I believe, is that the rooms are not well insulated. You can hear people talking as if they were in the same room, which wakes you up early in the morning and generally makes it difficult to sleep.

The room we checked into upon arrival was left wide open I called front desk to ask about it and it was brushed off and said “housekeeping left it open sorry” ok I get it moving on go to inspect the room as I have a 7 month old baby with me and my husband and just pure disgust pee droops on floor in front of toilet pubic hair around phone and on bed yellow stains all over bedding WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I will endure to make this known as I work in hospitality. We then were moved rooms with a room that smelled extremely bad of cleaning chemicals we then notified front desk and she said to contact who I booked through to get something done so now I HAVE TO TAKE MY TIME TO SITUATE THE HOTELS MISTAKES!? Again I have a 7 month old that I have to feed and situate in the room and we were 2 hours in after check in one problem after another done you say? NO!!! WE WERE ALL WOKEN UP BY THE GUEST UPSTAIRS ABOVE US THROWING STUFF AND STOMPING AND SCREAMING AT 11pm! WE CONTACTED FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID WE WILL CONTACT THEM THEN 30MIN PASS AND IT GOT 1000% WORSE! Never again I will ensure to tell all my friends and family about this incident. I will be uploading all photos attached to my reviews because yes you need ti see it to believe it nowadays I will ensure it is posted to every platform as well.

Checkin experience was bad as the staff didn’t ask me about whether I brought a car or not and charged me on my credit card. He made assumptions on his own. He then charged my credit card for a milk bottle for another customer who made the purchase without confirming the room number. That was another assumption he made without verifying. He wasn’t welcoming at all. Dining table was not cleaned as I felt twice the sticky corners during breakfast time. Requested room cleaning since we stayed there for four days three nights. No cleaning service provided. Towels were wet and needed replacing. Potatoes were not well cooked on the 1st and 3rd day of breakfast. Hot water was not hot and so was the coffees. Both toasters were broken and one was completely broken with wires out which was very dangerous to have it kept out for customers during busy holidays season. It was a beautiful place to stay but in general the service was bad and not professional.

Great location and spacious, comfortable rooms. The property is well maintained and easy to get around. Breakfast was decent limited variety, but the food available was good. Service was inconsistent. I requested light housekeeping multiple times and was told it would be done, but it didn’t happen until the fourth day. Trash cans filled up, and I had to pick up fresh towels myself. Overall, not a stay that I would like to come again to because poor housekeeping and service follow-through could definitely be improved.

Overall, the hotel is clean, but the lack of soundproofing between rooms was a major issue. I happened to have a very noisy guest next door who was loud late into the night, which caused several sleepless nights. I also found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and not particularly attentive when I raised these concerns.
