Biz çok memnun kaldık karşılama ve ilgi çok güzel di odamız temiz rahat ve sıcaktı kahvaltı çok çeşitli bol oldukça taze idi servis çok hızlı yapılıyor hiç beklenmedik bundan sonra imkân bulunca sürekli geleceğimiz bir yer.KARAMEL otelin köpeği çok tatlı onu çok sevdik Osman Bey ve tüm personele çok teşekkürler.Bu arada sabahtan aksama kadar çay ve kahve servisi ücretsiz olarak sunuluyor.Kaplıca hamam tertemiz sıcacık SPA çok güzel.Otel çarşı içinde çarşısı çok ucuz akşam yemeğini çarşıda yedik pide gözleme döner kebap sbulu yemek herşey var fiyatları çok uygun biz çok mutlu ayrıldık teşekkürler mucize otel

Nice and clean place to stay close to main area of Pamukkale. Customer service is very good.

Very nice, clean and spacious. Huge breakfast!!!

The hotel facilities are nice in general. The food is also nice. However, the thermostat in the room was not working and it was too hot. We dis not have a good sleep.

We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast.

We had an excellent stay. Very good breakfast.
