This wonderful beach condo includes comfortable, living room leather recliner for great naps; sofa and love seat; Plush, Jamison king mattress and box springs for the master bedroom; and Balcony love seat and chairs.

For your convenience, this condo features a reserved parking space under the building and close to the elevators as well as additional overflow parking across the street.

When you step into this newly upgraded unit, you are hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo’s open layout allows you to have this view from nearly every living space. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops and new cabinetry. The living area boasts a flat-panel HDTV, gorgeous new flooring and direct access to your extra-large balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and peaceful afternoons! This condo includes FREE wi-fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Serve everyone at the dining room table that seats six or at the kitchen bar. Or, better yet, have your meal on the spacious 10 foot deep and 28 foot wide oversized balcony while enjoying the beach views, listening to the waves, and hopefully viewing the dolphins as they wonder past.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Short stay

Tropic Winds was our go to for PCB. Our normal condo was already taken. This was a last minute trip I literally booked a week before arrival. Gretas beach rentals was easy to deal with and got back to us fast. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We go for the beach which Greta’s has no control over. The beach in the past was very clean however this trip it was cluttered with trash literally beer cans, plastic zip lock bags, too many to count plastic handles off of kids buckets and the amount of cigarette butts was ridiculous. We have been going to Tropic Winds since 2015 very disappointed in the cleanliness of the beach. We will a different condo next time and will use Gretas Beach rentals again

This condo is in a good part of town, just outside of main part of PCB. The condo is in good shape for the most part, but we did have some issues. When we arrived, I noticed that the cookware and cooking utensils where old and worn out. There were no sharp knifes at all and no way to sharpen the ones that were there. I did send the rental company an email and they brought out some new Walmart pots, pans, and knife set. It was nice of them to do this, but this is not something I should have to worry about. The TV in the guest bedroom is unwatchable because the picture freezes all the time. The pool is very small for the size of the complex. The last thing that bugged me was that the condo says that it is not pet friendly, but every time I swept, there was tons of dog hair. If you are allergic to pet dander, do not rent this condo. I guess maybe the owners have pets. They say that if something is wrong with the place to call and they will send the cleaning crew back out, but for the price of this place, it should be done right the first time. I am here to relax, not to waste my time trying to get things done that should have already been done.

A new favorite!!!

We LOVE Tropic Winds—the location and amenities are perfect. We specifically loved this condo. The lounge chairs and furniture outside are beautiful and comfortable, which allows for more balcony time and enjoying the ocean even when you can’t be down by the water (which is great specifically for a November trip, but anytime of year, it’s a great bonus!) The condo was very clean, cozy, and decorated well. The management company is responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was wonderful to stay in. We enjoyed playing cards and drinking our morning coffee on the spacious balcony. The lounge chairs were an extra bonus as well. You will not be disappointed in renting this condo!

Excellent location. Beautiful condo. Furnished nicely. Tv in guest room needs replaced, to small & reception was choppy. Easy checkin & checkout. Garage parking was a pain, extended cab pickup couldn’t make the turns had to backup pull-up backup process to make turns on 4 levels., but overall was a beautiful place. I used the guest room very comfortable & large bathroom. View from balcony was amazing, beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a fantastic condo to stay in for the week. Very clean, plenty of room, beautiful view. The walk down to the beach was very short. The owners live in the same building and quickly respond if you are in need of anything! We will definitely stay here again!

Parking garage was very compact going in and out was very unpleasant because not enough room. To make turns. Condo was nice and clean. Pool is small not enough chairs the balcony was great size plenty of room! Overall nice vacation

Overall a nice place

We rented this two bed two bath condo with great ocean views. Everything was clean and we'll kept. Plenty of room for a couple. Moderate room for a family. If you're two couples it might be a little tight as the living room only has one couch and a chair. The kitchen had everything we needed. Blender worked perfectly! We slept in the master bed and it was very comfortable. Only complaint would be the patio furniture. It was worn and has excessive rust on it. Really short walk to the beach! Oh and the washer and dryer were apartment size so only a couple beach towels could be washed at a time.
