Rooms were very clean, and property is well-maintained. The convenience of the connected shopping center with excellent and additional food and entertainment options was a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I traveled with my two children, and we felt completely safe at this location. Another added benefit was there is a grocery store right across the street. I would definitely recommend this location.

My family and I stayed there for six days. The room was cleaned daily, the staff was courteous and honest, the pool is beautiful, it was easy to get laundry done, the dining area is beautiful with a great view of the city. Everything was just so exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any visitor.

Panama was great! My mother and I stayed in downtown Panama, which is a great area to stay due to the scenery and convenience. I look forward to going back. The residence in. Is nice, and the food options are average, but the customer service is wonderful.

I love the art and the layout of the hotel. The staff were also warm and accomodating. Breakfast despite there being no bacon was wonderful as it featured Panamanian cuisine along with traditional items. The location was great for heading out in any direction as well as access to the mall and ALL it offers from dining to shopping, banking, groceries you name it its there. The parking was also a great relief and convenient.

Breakfast was amazing. Towels were not soft at all, had initial issues with shower head not working, one of the remotes was taped with electrical tape and bed made odd loud sound. The people at the bar don’t know how to make drinks even though they advertise Happy Hour as we saw them search up recipients and taste drinks prior to serving them. The staff was very sweet and attentive but I would not rate as a 4 star hotel.

This is really an excellent hotel, I just feel that for the nightly rate you pay, at least you will get 2 bottles of water and or some coffee to make in the morning. Other wise, no other complaints. This is a beautiful hotel to spend your time in the city
