Everything is wrong with this property ! Poor housekeeping (they forgotten completely), weak water pressure for shower, small WC room, no replenishment for toiletries! Bad smell, run-down condition! Avoid this property at all cost !

Hotel nightmare
Hotel changed my booking to another hotel 30 minutes walk away without informing me by either email or phone. Walking the streets in the dark in a strange city at 10.30pm in freezing cold was not a pleasant experience. No offer of a taxi to take me there. Do not recommend using this hotel.

AC not working in August. Elevators in very poor condition, and 2 of them were not working while our appartment is in 14th floor. No hot water in the room. Breakfast service is poor. Appartment is not clean even after cleaning service passed. Not worthy of 4 stars. Worthy of 2 stars.

You pay for what you get. The hotel is very cheap. However the rooms are dated furniture broken. In need of desperate maintenence and a deep clean. Would not stau again, my advice spend that little extra. Even when I stated we were not happy with the room very little was done to try and resolve this at all. They were well aware I couldnt get my money back and did not care if me or my family were happy with our stay. Very poor.

Property is in a good/ safe area of Paris and train station was not far. However the staff need to communicate with one another. After asking for a early check in and was confirmed, upon arrival the woman at the desk told us that it’s not possible and that check in is at 12. We left the hotel to find food and returned at 12:30. At this time we were told that check in is at 3. It was to frustrating and the service from the staff was just plain rude. Upon finally getting into the suite. It stunk. The A/C did not work. The shower in one bathroom was clogged and would not drain. There was broken glass all over the deck and living room carpet and gum stuck to the walls. Even after bringing it to their attention nothing was done. Management was contacted however they didn’t even acknowledge the concerns. Very poor experience. Besides location I would not recommend this place.

Nice place and staff. It was near plenty to see do and eat as well as an easy area to travel from. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean and amazing for a family of five. There was a stain on the carpet but literally the only thing off about this place. However outside there are a lot of people that like to hangout (many were nice but of course not all are going to be as such) we had two men loitering about by the front gate that made very crude motions and comments towards one of the females in our group and followed a bit to continue to do so. Besides that the majority of people that hung about the front gate were nice and the area was too. The restaurants nearby the workers were extremely nice as well and helped us better translate the menu. Over all 9/10 and highly recommended.

Adagio la defense kleber review
The receptionist was excellent. However the hotel and the room were in really bad condition. Very dirty, smelly, not well maintained- door knobs falling off- ants everywhere although in higher floors. Very disappointed with the room. But as mentioned the reception area staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely not a four star. Maybe a 2.

It was unclear how to get from the subway to the hotel. But we made it. It was hot and they only had one fan per apt. Either the kids used it in the living room where they slept or we used it in our bedroom.
