Brilliant for a Disney stay! Stayed there multiple times now and staff are friendly, rooms are just what you need and its a 10/15 min walk to train station or the parks!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping centre, train station, restaurants and Disneyland. The staff are kind and friendly. The heat is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted above 20 degrees Celsius. There is a Nepresso coffee maker available but no coffee pods are provided. The hotel has not been well maintained and is falling apart beyond what could be considered acceptable. The wall paper is torn in all the hallways, the carpets are grungy and worn, and nothing has been cared for. There should be minimum standards that the Aparthotel should meet as a hotel in this condition should not be considered acceptable. It is appalling.

The hotel is good value for money when visiting Disneyland. Travelling with a toddler, it was nice to have a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It’s an easy 15 min walk to Disneyland and a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, the wallpaper is ripped in the corridors, the kids corner was full of broken toys and everything is a little dated. The room we stayed at wasn’t super clean, the carpet needs a deep clean and the sofa replacing. The sliding doors between the bedroom and the main living area kept getting stuck, but we told reception and they managed to fix it. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular and would have appreciated more fruit & vegetables, but there was something for everyone. Despite the criticism, the hotel is good for the price and in a good location. Looking forward to staying again once it’s been renovated.

Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel previously and had a wonderful time but the hotel has really gone down hill. The level of cleaniness was not acceptable when we have a baby and we had to ask every night for the room temperature to be increased as the room was feezing.

Property was convenient. Although bedding and bathroom was clean. The carpet and sofa was very dirty. The hallway was dark and badly needed decorating. The entrance and reception was welcoming. The shuttle bus didn’t always turn up after a long day at Disney.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is very accessible to Disneyland, we used the shuttle from/to which stops in front of the hotel. It is walkable to a shopping mall and a grocery shop. We stay for 5nights. Kids love the pool. They also have mini gym and sauna and laundry service which is helpful. The staffs were all helpful. Our unit is very good we can see the air balloon in the disney village in the balcony. The wallpaper in the corridor starts peeling off, though there is a sign it is due for renovation. The sensor on the corridor is not very sensitive, most of time you will be walking in darkness and the lights still not coming on. Overall we are still happy and satisfied with our stay. The kids are looking forward to come back.

Pros; Excellent location, walkable to Disney and with the shuttle you get picked up and dropped off first. Near the shopping centre, everything you need within a 5 minute walk. Comfy and clean beds. Quiet outdoor pool to relax. Cons; In need of maintenance, wallpaper ripped off in the hallways, sofa cover tearing away, nails and bits coming loose which is dangerous, pool loungers have holes in and it all needs a good refurb! Sofa bed wasn’t made up, I had to do this myself which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast could be better, a bit basic.
