I wouldn't even suggest this place to a wolf,a homeless person, or my worst enemy. Save your hard-earned money and take your kids to Disney or a superior water park instead. This place is not suitable for families. The staff was incredibly impolite and unhelpful. There was no trace of hospitality for a resort. We didn't have electricity in our room, and they didn't offer to change it. Consequently, my kids couldn't dry their hair after swimming or showers. The key card kept deactivating, and we had to use it for all purchases, causing us to repeatedly wait in hour-long lines downstairs for replacements. Frustrated, I eventually resorted to ordering DoorDash. Because of these inconveniences, my children missed out on dining at the resort. Additionally, the housekeeping team left old food in our room. Despite arranging a late checkout to allow my kids one last swim, upon returning to the room, the housekeepers had already started cleaning. This disrupted my plan for my kids to rest before heading to the airport. Overall, it was an awful experience for my family.

They forgot the simple needs
First, we pay $15 to park, which for me is ridiculous. Even the poorest hotel don’t let their guests pay for parking. Second, they charge me again for the whole stay even if it’s been paid for thru third party. I have to contact my bank to cancel the amount because the from desk sounds like not sure of what to do. She told me probably by Monday it should be cancelled. Then I called back the concierge at 2146 and nobody answered. So no 24 hrs front desk, I calling for complimentary personal utilities , however, I was told the next morning that they don’t offer complimentary utilities and that they are sold by the gift shop that opens at 0830. Isn’t that funny, again even the cheapest hotel or motel provides free toothbrush and toothpaste . Oh, also- not a single water in the room. It’s just a dollar or 2 for a small water bottle and they can’t afford to share to their guests. Wow , how many stars has great wolf? I mean my daughter enjoyed the water park, it was so crowded though because the rest of the water slides are close.

Room wasn’t worth it. TV remote didn’t work- refrigerator didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, air didn’t work. Front staff was rude. My flight was delayed. I asked for 2pm checkout that they told me would cost $69. The next norning 4 staff people knocked in my door to see when I was leaving. I called about remote they said maintenance could come in 20 mins or use the other remote. Very rude staff, chaotic and messy. And don’t use pool towels. They charged me $45 and I would have never got them had they told me they charge. No signs, no nothing.

Everything was wonderful. We took a trip to celebrate our anniversary with our 2 year old. They had lots kid friendly activities including trick or treating. And the kiddie are at the water park was so nice. The room was excellent! Clean and quiet. The receptionist was so great she gave us a coupon for free ice cream for our anniversary. Definitely planning another trip back.
