Arrived late in the evening due to flight. There was some sort of sugar or salt all over the bed. Room was extremely hot. Myself and family members were sick by the am. It was only a stop for the night while returning home. Front desk would not answer the phone. Spoke to front desk in the am about the issues and was waved off. Breakfast looked good we all was sick and wanted to keep the spread of germs to a minimum.

Nice hotel with a few not-so-great surprises
Great, clean hotel with a few unpleasant things to note. 2 adults, 1 child on night before flying back to USA. Cons: The "shuttle" to the airport is just the airport's train which runs through a nearby parking lot. With heavy luggage and a grouchy child it was too much for 5am and the long travel day we had ahead of us. Normally the 10-minute walk wouldn't phase me, but in this case, I would probably get a taxi for the sake of ease. When I hear "shuttle", I generally think of a van/bus pickup at the hotel door. The heat was on high when we arrived in the room and it was so stuffy and hot. I called the desk b/c the thermostat wouldn't work, and they said we could only turn off the heat and open the window. The window opened 4-5 inches total, and even with it being so cold outside, the room never cooled down to a comfortable temp. Add in the noise pollution from the airport and traffic and it made for a rough night. (To be fair, I forgot to check the AC amenity when booking b/c I know this is normal in France, but American brand hotels usually still have AC in Paris.) Pros: Dinner from the restaurant was decent and plentiful. (There is no room service, but they let us take food to the room on a tray.) For every human interaction we received excellent service. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Despite it being a great hotel, I probably won't return - AC and shuttle are pretty essential for me personally. If you don't desire these amenities, I highly recommend it.

This hotel was mediocre. I would not stay here again. I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room. I assumed there would be and I bought food that went bad. The breakfast was nice with a lot of selection. I would say this was the best part of my stay. The sound carries in the rooms. I could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night. There was no temperature control in my room. It was very hot and I called the front desk, they came to unlock my window so it could be opened. That helped. My largest complaint: In the early evening as I was doing a workout in my room, and a male staff member opened my room door and peeked inside without knocking first. It startled me and was unappreciated. As a solo female traveler, I was not impressed with this and my second night was less comfortable, due to anticipating unwanted entry. Privacy is a must for me, so I will not return to this hotel again.

We booked this hotel for our layover between arrival at CDG and our next day's flight to Pau. Arriving very late at nearly 10 p.m., we walked a mere 3 minutes from the CDG VAL station and were checked in very quickly. After a good night's sleep in nice spacious rooms, we had our breakfast (included in the nightly rate), checked out quickly as well and set out on our way to our Air France flight. We would recommend Holiday Inn Express CDG in anybody in similar circumstances, really good value for the price paid.

Great hotel for starting and leaving Paris. We returned our car at the airport and could easily take the train to the hotel (400 m from the train entrance) by foot. The food was excellent, coffee especially. Super quiet. Has budget room that is comfortable and everything you need to rest before or after Paris. I will stay here everytime I need to go to Paris!!!! Don’t forget your hair conditioner though.. French hotels only provide soap/shampoo. Bon voyage!!!

Stayed here as we had an early morning flight out of Paris. Very conveniently located in the airport district. Stay was comfortable with very clean and spacious rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a plus with a good variety of options. Note the airport shuttle is actually a train and requires you to walk out a bit to access - not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Instead we used a bolt taxi.

Very convenient for an overnight stay for very late arrivals or very early departures. It is right next to one of the CDG free terminal train stops. The staff were very nice, they also offer a basic breakfast starting at 4am for early departures.

We were not happy that there was no room service. Being up for 48 hours, going through so much grid to get home we still had to go a search for food. The restaurant was downstairs was very limited in options and not friendly to people with allergies. Over all not impressed at all.
