Very noisy & loud…staff talking & working in the hallways. There is a nightclub directly across the street. Looks nice from the outside but found out quickly it’s sketchy. Screams, shouting, fighting & car horn honking contest til 7:00 am… Seriously, it was scary! In a great location w/good restaurants nearby but there are other places to choose from. This stay ruined our trip!

I turned up late to check in and they had charged me for the room, but decided to give it to someone else. I then had to pay for a room at another hotel due to them not having any space. I booked rooms for the rest of my work colleagues and they screwed up each booking with utter and needless confusion. Some of the staff there are fantastic, but some are next to useless. Shame.

The hotel in overall seemed very dirty and old. All the doors, walls were having stains and dirt on them. Hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are very small as well. I didnt like the place. Receptions are good but in overall when you are entering in the hotel you can notice the lack of cleanliness.

The hotel was nice and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They upgraded our room by surprise! It was our honeymoon and the hotel asked us beforehand if we were celebrating...they left a plate of chocolates and a note and banner in our room to help us celebrate...very thoughtful! We had a great stay!
