KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. This unit comes with a Free-Standing A/C in the living room.For cold days, an electric fireplace will warm the room and enhance the ambiance.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site. Indoor Common Hot tub (Open June - September and December - April 15). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room or pop outside on the deck.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap.

Great location and perfect size for a couple
Wood burning fireplace was a huge plus for us. Would have been helpful to have more accurate information on the fireplace- as in, the is no front desk to go to for the propane torch to preheat the flue to get draw for the fire. And once the maintenance guy arrived, he said “ just open the balcony door and it will help the fireplace draw”. THAT is information that should be written down. The refrigerator makes weird sounds at various times throughout the day and night. It works fine but makes weird noises. We will definitely stay there again!

Place was ok but not a great experience
Came for a long ski weekend with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 10). chose this place based on the reviews, location, and price. check in process was easy. i was texted door codes for the building and our unit. the place was clean but small/tight. not much room to open up our suitcases and put out our ski gear. kitchen was nice and had a full sized fridge. we arrived late afternoon on a thursday. it was one of the coldest weekends of the year. at 6pm we noticed that the heat wasn't working. the fan was blowing but temp wasn't getting above 67, despite setting the thermostat to 74-76. my wife was freezing. i texted the property manager, but they couldn't send anyone out to fix it until the next day. instead they sent a space heater and told us to start a fire. sort of frustrating because it seemed urgent enough being the coldest weekend of the year, and it was still early evening, so i would think someone would be available to come out to trouble shoot it. but the property manager wasn't really helpful and just seemed annoyed that i was trying to push for someone to try and trouble shoot it that evening. we survived, but wonder what would have happened if there was a more serious issue like a major plumbing issue. there were pillows for the sofa bed, but not enough pillow cases. i asked for extra pillows and was told they would be delivered the next day, but nothing came. both showers had drainage problems. we were showering in ankle deep water. TV in the bedroom was either not working properly or just impossible to figure out, so we could only use the living room TV. location was close to Park city slopes, but a little too far to walk for my wife/kids in ski boots and carrying skis. close to grocery store, but a little too far to walk back with a bunch of groceries. definitely glad we had a rental car. i heard good things about the shuttle system in PC, but the building didn't have a front desk to get advice/info on navigating the system. overall the place was ok, but wouldn't stay there again.

Perfect spot for ski & WFH
This was a great space for a nice WFH & ski weekend for a small group of friends. The location can't be beat, the apartment is clean, cute, has everything you need, the fireplace is awesome, a great balcony, the bathrooms were nice. Will definitely stay here next time we're in PC!
