Very comfortable condo for two
Loved the condo. It contained everything you’d need in the kitchen. Bring your own laundry detergent and coffee filters (it would be nice if they provided a reusable coffee filter) aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The mattress was comfortable with lots of pillows. It is a ground floor condo with a covered patio getting afternoon sun. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because you have to walk, quite a ways, down a hotel like hallway to get to an elevator/stairs, to where your skis are kept (securely) however it entails tipping to get them and you can’t put on your boots until you are down there (because of noise and wear & tear on the carpets). It isn’t a large room and can get crowded. The lifts were a short walk across the court yard.

Great ski in, ski out for families.
We love Canyons location with restaurants and walk to lift and gondola. First time with SkyRun and was excellent. Unit stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Had a clogged sink and was able to request service with a quick text message. Great, smooth service and will definitely try to use Sky Run for future stays!

Unequivocally Excellent!
The unit is in great shape, is well equipped, and it's proximity to the slopes can't be beaten! Sundial front desk, and ski storage valet, were so friendly and accommodating. Free underground heated parking worked like a breeze. My request to SkyRun for something as nonurgent as replenishment of tissues got a result within an hour...nice! At the time of my reservation, free ski rental ("Ski Butlers") was included. As a black diamond skier, the skis were current, and great quality. Ski Butler's delivered in the lobby promptly at 7am as I had requested. When I return to Canyon's, I'll be staying in this unit!

Convenient and updated condo!
We had a great stay in Park City. Everything was very simple - from check in, finding our way around the resort, using the facilities, parking and checking out. The host was easy to reach and provided clear instructions (as well as a few recommendations on groceries). The condo was updated and well equipped. Perfect spot for a ski weekend. We loved it!

Pre X-mas Canyons Skiing
Overall, the property itself was as described and we enjoyed our stay very much, although only about 5% of the mountain was open for skiing. The only issue we had was that SkyRun's partner website offering free on ski rental equipment and various snow activities backed out of fulfilling what was advertised when we tried to book prior to our trip. The property manager did offer a full refund prior to our trip, but because this happened a day before our flight, we didn't cancel. In the end we did get a 10% discount on the booking because of that. That was our only issue with the trip... everything else was as advertised.

We LOVE Sundial!
We have stayed at The Sundial on multiple occasions. The location is fabulous and the ski check is wonderful. The rooftop hot tub is great with a lovely view of the slopes, however, one day when it was snowing the tub was not even warm ( I know it is hard to keep a tub hot with snow falling into it but I have certainly enjoyed a very hot tub in the snow at other locations) Our unit was nicely furnished and comfortable, however, it could use more dishes. Our family of 4 likes to cook and we had to run the dishwasher between every meal in order to have enough plates to eat off of. A few extra towels would have been nice also ( I thought we were supposed to have linen service at least once during our one week stay but we just washed the 4 towels we had) It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the room for wet ski clothes! We plan to return to the Sundial possibly as soon as next month !

Nice spot for ski conveniences, but facility lacking.
This was our first time here at Canyons, and wanted a condo to make it nice for all. As I write this I am currently listening to a screaming child and parents talking way too loud in the unit next door. The reason I can hear them so well is that the ducting/ventilation system allows for transmission of every word said into this unit. This also goes for the venting of what must have been enough bacon cooked to feed the entire complex. The unit itself is acceptable, but there are a few updates needed: the fold out beds are horrible and our son ended up sleeping on the floor on the couch pillows instead. There is very limited space to stash your clothing, so we ended up keeping everything in our suitcases, so some additional shelving/dressers would be helpful. On the day we arrived, we had to go to the store to purchase drain-o to get the bathtub drain to not take 40 minutes to drain. The washer and dryer in the unit are noisy when operating, so plan ahead if you want to do wash at night. There is one question that we did have: how can the unit be ski-in-ski-out if you cannot take your skis and ski boots up to the room? The facility's check-in team did not make it easier on us by issuing keys that had the wrong check out date several times, so we had to go get 'new' keys. Overall, we were happier that we had good skiing conditions and did not have to spend many hours in the condo itself.

Average unit in Sundial Lodge
Sundial Lodge is a nice property right at the base of Park City (formerly Canyons) ski area. I've stayed in the complex several times and in different units, from a 3 bedroom condo to a studio. You can probably find details about the complex in other reviews - this one focuses on this particular unit. This unit is average. The pictures are either not the unit or it's been updated since the pictures (for example, there's a TV over the fire place, and the dining room table is round, not square). There's no view to speak of. The kitchen is relatively sparsely equipped (for example, I could not find a cutting board anywhere - a basic staple in my opinion). The worst part is the pullout couch in the living room. It is unbelievably uncomfortable. I ended up taking every comforter and blanket I could find and put down on top of it in order to make it usable. In my opinion, the unit is average and good for 2-3 people (depending on the sleeping configuration) for a few nights. You can do some basic cooking in the kitchen. Pricing is cheaper than going through the resort's official website, and overall a decent value.

Nice room
Nice property. Many units have no view. Helpful staff except for no response from bell-service at time for checkout Ski valet staff was good. Although it is "ski in ski out" it is a long walk from the actual unit to the lifts. Fitness center has no windows and smelled musty
