One of the better hotels in LHC. Nice rooms, good breakfast, plenty of parking and large ice machine to fill ice chests for a day out on the lake (huge convenience). Only drawback was the pool was too damn hot.

No AC on 1st level
The first night we were out in a room with no AC, it was horrible with the temps being at 118 that day, the whole family had to take cold showers to cool down and it was hard on me with asthma! The hotel couldn’t get us into another room the next day! We still had fun out side the hotel but that first day was horrible and for the price, I feel the hotel could’ve been alit more updated! Probky wouldn’t ever stay there again unless I knew for sure we had a room on 2nd or 3rd floors w working AC… the breakfast was also very good and it was well served and provided

I was not impressed with Hampton Inn this stay on day 2 we got back to our room and it was still not serviced I went to the front desk and was told we only get service every other day which was our check out day it didn’t make any cents to me. We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great visit thank you Greg Hewitt

I have stayed here several times, and finally I have to give a review on how poorly staff are attentive to the quest. Last visit was terrible the condition of the rooms ceiling was Awful it was falling apart. This visit all I asked for was For a refill on our shampoo we never got it room was never serviced. When I call front desk, they told me that they were the only personnel there and we’re not able to service at the moment not even for towels. The Next day I told what looked like management looking to see what room was Being service, And her reply was, they were not servicing overnight guest due to short staff and busy weekend. Sorry but that’s not an excuse for quest to get poorly service. Personally I believe people working here are rude. No apology was given. Yes understand it was a busy weekend but at least be nice to your quest. If it wasn’t for us this place wouldn’t run.

Very friendly staff. Ice machines didn’t work on all the floors, breakfast was good they had different flavored waffles everyday.
