We loved the incredible views of the harbour in Nanaimo. The room was larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay.

Cons: 1. Although it's a pet friendly hotel, our room was pretty clean, except for some (human) hair. 2. The parking garage have no security gate and there are many homeless around the area, which worries a little bit to leave the car there, but in our case all was good. Looks like it's not private property of the hotel, but a share parking lot area, so they can't control this detail. Pros: 1. All of the rest was EXCELLENT.

Greeted with smiles. Super clean room. Good underground parkade (not gated). Would definitely stay here again! The air conditioner unit in the room was a bit loud for our toddler, but im sure its fine for heavy sleepers.
