The porch is a cozy delight!
What a fantastic location, just a few steps to downtown Paso. Kirk and Lisa have done an amazing job with this cozy space with comfy beds, extra blankets and pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. Make sure you peruse the guestbook BEFORE you fully commit to your plans. So many great recommendations. Our faves were JUSTIN, Calcareous, Epoch, and The Hatch.

Central location
Came up with a friend and we actually enjoyed the place so much we stayed in one entire day. We loved having access to downtown whenever we wanted. We did not have to take the car out much for outings . We had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Close to downtown
This is the perfect place for either a couple or a family or two couples. It's close to downtown, but on a quiet street. The place is immaculate and well designed. The owners are excellent and so quick in response to any questions you may have. The kitchen is well equipped with basics. I brought my own baggies and Tupperware so I could take home my leftovers. The porch is beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful and tastefully decorated house, super clean and cosy, loved it!
Had a wonderful time with friends. The house is super centrally located in downtown Paso Robles. Owners were very accommodating, even checked in on us after arriving just to make sure everything was ok. House was very spacious which two bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. Everything was great. What definitely recommend this and use them again! Thank you Kirk and Lisa!!

Lisa and Kirk did a fabulous job in creating a space which is tasteful and comfortable which was perfect to unwind and relax in. The furnishing were all new and well taken care off. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to shopping and plenty of good restaurants. Close enough to walk to the fair. Lisa and Kirk are very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

It was great !!
We enjoyed two long weekends at the Porch. The home is really lovely and spotless, and a great location. The bathroom is a little small( we had 3 women), but manageable. Owners were easily reachable for questions. I would absolutely stay again, and hope to next year.

Sweet home, great location

Cozy little gem in the perfect location
Stayed for two very comfortable, relaxing nights in The Porch on Pine. The first impression of the property is how clean and well maintained the outside is, but then when you walk in, you are blown away further by the lovely decor and well appointed interior. From cozy throws, to wi-fi enabled television, to a well stocked kitchen, the place is like a home away from home. It is in the perfect location, at the northern edge of downtown. Within minutes you can walk to all the best restaurants and shops downtown has to offer. Kirk and Lisa a generous, helpful and gracious hosts. They check in with you upon arrival to make sure you have everything you need and provide great recommendations on wineries to visit and restaurants to get the best meals. I highly recommend The Porch on Pine to anyone visiting Paso!

Best way to enjoy a 65 birthday!
My father in law was running 65 and wanted to do a golf weekend with his son. So the wives tagged along and it was great! Good Poarch to visit and didn't have to stare awkwardly at each other from hotel beds. The carpets are sooooo soft. Kirk and Lisa stopped by to say and they are just as cute as the house. They spent a lot of time, money and love restoring and remodeling the house. And it was worth it. We are already planning when we can come back.

Cute place in a great location
This little cottage is so perfect for a weekend of exploring Paso Robles. It's one block from downtown and very comfortable. It was a hot weekend while we were here but the cottage stays cool, even when the A/C is off and when you do turn on the A/C it cools off very quickly. We didn't use the kitchen this time but it seemed to have most of what you would need to prepare meals. The front porch is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again the next time we come to Paso.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Location
First, we would like to say a BIG thank you to Kirk and Lisa for being so responsive in emails, and answering every question under the sun as soon as we sent a message. It truly does make a big difference to have that kind of communication when renting a home. So polite and happy to help, so thank you!! Second, we all absolutely loved this house. It was recently renovated, and extremely clean. The house is truly beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. It is just close enough to all the restaurants and shops that you can walk, but just far enough removed to enjoy some peace and quiet. There are a few breakfast/brunch spots literally across the street, which is perfect to avoid getting stuck in a brunch rush or looking for parking. We also noticed that because you're relative to downtown, we have absolutely no problem ordering an uber to a winery 15 minutes away. Between the location, the communication of the owners, the cleanliness of the home and convenience of experience, I would definitely recommend this home for a rental getaway!
