The room assigned to me was smelly. And the carpet appears warn out. Staff was not quick to offer to move and was only offering to deorderize room instead. It is crazy to think it is acceptable to ask a customer to stay in a smelly room for this! I was eventually moved to a different room after telling her I can't sleep in a smelly room. I was not offered water for Hilton Honor member either. The experience was just off.
