I had seen images of this property on their listing and was happy that the images weren't old pictures, but actually represented the current condition. The rooms were mostly up to date, with many new items. The doors and windows all looked recently replaced, as did the flooring and bathroom facilities.
There was a good amount of natural light with two large windows at the front and back of the room. The back window overlooked a natural area which was pleasant, but immediately close to the rooms it was a bit junky looking and uncared for, but at the front of the site the grounds were cared for and provided sizeable picnic and play areas and even a hammock.
The room had a mixture of newer items and older items - a very old yellowed microwave oven, but new light fixtures still wrapped in plastic, but everything worked as expected.
There was a table and two chairs (older), which was an advantage, but there really wasn't room for them - they had to be moved to get to the side of the bed.
The floor in our room had newer flooring, but the floor itself sloped towards the bathroom, and there was a tiny difference in floor heights of just an inch or so into the bathroom, which could be a tripping hazard.
Overall I was happy with this accommodation, the quality and cleanliness was just as good as the branded hotels in the area with the advantage of a much more reasonable price.
