Amazing property, fantastic location. Although in the heart of the city the property was well insulated against noise and fully air conditioned. For those visiting the city for Fringe you basically step out of the hotel into the fringe! The hotel uses the restaurant next door to provide breakfast and food if needed. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

This is an excellent property which is in Old town Edinburgh. Walkable to the Edinburgh Castle and many restaurants and shopping area. Staff are all friendly and response to your needs right away. The room is very clean and met all the things we want in an apartel. We will stay here again.

The property is exquisite and well appointed. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The property was clean and well maintained. Many attractions and eateries were within a 10 minute walk including Edinburgh Castle.

I expected high quality for this property since its price is equivalent to five star hotel. But this is not like luxury hotel. The shower water is so weak, I can barely wash my hair. There was noise outside the bedroom, like a machine running, so I couldn’t sleep well.

The actual property and the apartment had a great view and a balcony were wonderful. All the amenities were there. But, they kept encouraging me to sign up for their app to communicate my needs. On the first day i requested a sleeve of Nespresso. Four days later when we checked out we never heard from them and never received our coffee. Worse yet, we are in our 70's and asked the front desk for assistance with our luggage the next morning. The front desk said someone would be at our door at 7am to help ys with our bags. 7am came and went and no one showed up. When I went to the front desk a young woman said she had no knowledge of our request and would not help us. There are many steps between the two buildings and it was a great struggle to get our luggage to the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE OLDER AND NEED ASSISTANCE. Very disappointing. And especially for the price.

This property was very convenient to the historic Royal Mile. Expedia needs to make sure the correct bed size is the same as booked. This is an expensive property and the bed size was not originally the correct size. European king is not an American king.

Nice property, very comfortable and in a great location on the Royal Mile. Only complaint was that we booked a king bed and ended up with a double. Front desk claimed a double in UK was a king, however every other property we booked a king bed during the trip was actually a king sized bed ANC’s not a double. Would definitely stay again.
