The rooms were incredibly dirty. Stained sheets, grime in the bathroom, large bugs, soiled carpets, as well as a strange chemically odour. We asked to change rooms, initially I was told there is nothing else available. When my partner asked, we were moved to a dirtier room. When we notified the front desk again, she said nothing else pet-friendly is available. We insisted further that this is not acceptable, and we’re moved to a non-per friendly room that was equally dirty, with large bugs on the carpet. Finally, we were offered a fourth, equally gross room. The staff insisted the rooms are adequate, and we took a refund and left. Don’t try and save $30 for this place, many other hotels in the area are slightly more expensive, and remarkably cleaner.

We haven't liked anything but the patio off our room. I bought cleaning products after the staff swept a whole pan of dirt, hair and garbage. There's a white stain on the bedskirt, no towels and the shower backed up before I could finish shampooing my hair. We're off to check the pool. Hopes sre low at the moment.

Very reasonable rates. We had our dog and we cleaned up after our dog but were hesitant to take our dog out to the dog courtyard because most if our floor were people living in the motel. The residents were not cleaning up after their dogs and some were very noisy. We picked up 50 bags of poop! Cleaning was not consistent. Sometimes the room was not vacuumed. Staff were friendly , helpful and kind. The entrance was inviting with the fireplace and Christmas decorations were beautiful. The motel is great for skiers and snowboarders not spending a lot of time in the motel. If time were put into maintaining the pool and getting tje hot tub operational, it would be a huge improvement. The location was excellent. It might be an idea to have a separate wing for residents and overnight guests.
