We requested wheelchair accessible room and they put us on the second floor with no elevator. My elderly mother had to hobble up 16 stairs and to the door of the room. Was very painful for her. They said I did not request it and when they looked at the reservation they saw it was on the reservation. They were sold out and said they would refund the money on the room, but since we also requested late check in, all other hotels in the area would have also been full or maybe not wheelchair accessible.

Great stay! My only problem is the QR code everywhere so I can tip 'conveniently'. Does this mean the company is not paying a regular wage, but a discounted tip wage? While some people give a little gratuity to the housekeeper and buffet person, it is wrong to think they are making enough on tips to offset.

Right off the interstate, clean and friendly. Free hot beverages and cookies available at check in. Easily walkable to Cracker Barrel or Zaxbys nearby. Free parking. Nice room with lots of space, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Definitely will stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Theresa, in particular, stood out with her warm welcome and nurturing demeanor. She made me feel right at home and was always there to support me during my stay. The housekeeping team was also fantastic, stopping by daily to check if I needed anything, whether it was fresh towels or linen. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist really enhanced my experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the family-oriented atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home, and I loved the little touches, like the fresh cookies baked each evening. It was such a delightful treat! Overall, my stay was lovely, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment. I can't wait to return!

Not the best BW!
Avoid room 106. It is the first room on the right side of the building. It is adjacent to a storage room and/or employee room. All night I could hear people talking and things getting banged around. That room should not be rented unless greatly discounted. I like Best Western, but not this one.

Though this is an older hotel, the furnishings were pretty up to date. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my fifth time at this location in Cordele. It has usually always been a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Some minor issues with some of the room fixtures and plumbing this time were mildly annoying but not enough not to go there again next time I’m in Cordele. I would still highly recommend this location and their very good free breakfast.

Great choice.
Husband and I were just passing through and this is a very nice place to stay. Pet friendly and very clean. Staff was excellent. Would stay here again if we get the chance. Located close to drive through and sit down restaurant ( which happens to be our favorite as we travel) .
