We booked a room last minute to attend a game. We booked a standard king non-smoking room. Once we got our keys and opened the door it immediately smelled like cigarettes so bad we needed to keep the door propped open. The bed linen’s were stained, floors peeling up with black mold and even blood smeared on the walls in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to request a different room and was told that there was nothing available except the parking lot was empty. I ended up driving to the local Walmart to purchase clean linen’s because they told me it would take a while before we could get new ones. People next door sat outside listening to loud music and partying all night long. I’m extremely disappointed with our stay and with management as the refused to help us. Absolutely NEVER again!

Never checked my id or credit card and just gave us card. Place very old and run down. Bathroom door did not close and looked like someone was trying to claw their way out. Bathtub spray painted. Listened to a parrot talking next door all night

Bed was comfortable and room clean. The dresser drawers were broken ans their were scratches all.over the bathroom door. I took pics and showed the dwak clerk. AC/heat unit was finicky.

Horrible. Room was yucky, what looked like blood stains on the ceiling, avoided the shower as there was mold. People were yelling and screaming all night and morning.

Greatly overpriced for the poor conditions
The room was very dated, somewhat run down, and had a strong musty oder. It appeared somewhat cleaned, but not great. This is the type of room and condition you would expect for $50, not the $180 that we paid.
