Staff was quick to respond when I needed instructions on the TV remote. Breakfast included an eggs and meat option along with waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Just right for a base of operations for touring local sites or attending a conference. This was my third year. I'll be back.

Front desk person was very nice. Room was awful, dirty, leftover towel from previous guests. All linens and towels were cheap and old. Plastic on the beds. And the room stunk terribly. Toilet barely flushed. 3rd world hotel.

The room was filled with stink bugs. We requested a different room, but were told they were completely booked, so we left. We’re not spending the night in a room full of bugs. We also observed a roach in the main lobby while trying to find a phone number for Expedia. The desk clerk said she couldn’t issue a refund because we booked the room through Expedia. I tried to find a phone number to call Expedia, but was unable to find one. I would like to have the $97.22 spent on the room refunded to my card. Please note: my wife and I have stayed at this same motel two other times in the last couple of months and both of those times was okay.

Great stay for a great price!

Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly. I even brought a tool to check the bed and room and nothing showed up. Very impressed! Beds were comfortable.

Everything from the exterior to much of the interior seems “”worn out” or well used. The mattress was lumpy as were the pillows. The bedspreads and sheets though they seemed clean were many times washed etc. The staff were friendly but it seems we’re given not much to work with and the room though supposedly nonsmoking had a heavy odor of Covering up previous smoke.

The room stunk with an odor like a cross between wet dog and stale cigarettes even went to walmart and bought air freshener but still didn't help..the shower head barely worked and was about to fall off..the ac unit didnt work..i didnt bother complaining about it to the staff since i was barely in the room..This was my 2nd time staying here and 2nd time that it was bad..i chose this hotel for the convenience of the event i was attending..Next year i will definitely be staying somewhere else even if i have to drive a little further to my destination..Its not the worst place ive stayed but it is in serious need of maintenance and deep cleaning especially after people have had pets in the rooms.

Overall i will never stay again. I search to make sure they had washer and dryer and said they did but they didnt. Vending machine out of order, ice machine barely worked. Hallway very loud after m8dnight. Staff only made a decent breakfast if they felt like it. Terrible stay

The locals were stunned that I stayed at Red Roof in Danville KY and I understand why. Dirty, trash cans over flowing and the grounds as well. Pool area closed for good after what looked like a nuclear event .
