It’s a very cute place and the staff are super nice and helpful, but the camper is very cramped. There’s a large TV wedged on top of the fridge making the space even smaller. It’s heated by a space heater, and gets a little cold at night, especially in the bathroom, which is tiny and has no mirror.

We had a lovely couple of nights at Metro Hotel and Cafe. We were blown away by the style and atmosphere in this place, it is truly quirky (in a good way). We went to Petaluma specifically to spend a couple of days ‘doing wine country’ and this hotel’s location was our main reason for choosing it. We weren’t disappointed, it’s a short walk to downtown where there are bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. We also took a very short uber ride out of town to a nearby winery. Overall, this is a great base for visiting Petaluma, and the area is definitely worth a visit.
A gas powered fire pit on the patio was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day
Breakfast is a help-yourself affair, with fresh fruit, muffins, very good coffee, and freshly made crepes
There is vintage signage and memorabilia all over the property

Absolutely loved the vibe here. Adorable room, comfortable bed, and great pillows. Loved the French radio in the cafe area in the morning, and the ability to store food in their fridge. Close to downtown, and a phenomenal value for money.
