Nice hotel, loved the big shower, everyone was nice. Disappointed there was no fridge in room and on website it states shuttle bus but they don't have that and it says breakfast buffet but nothing about it costing you to eat.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel staff needs better training to be more informed about Events, activities going on the area. They couldn’t give any information related to the event in the event center that is connected to the hotel. There is also a shuttle that runs to the casino but no one knew where it picked up at or the hours of operation. Train your staff so they can be informed and answer questions about events.
