This was our third time staying at this hotel. It was overall ok but not nearly as nice as the first two stays. Each year I travel here with my handicap father and my daughter and her husband. This year just seemed to be a series of mishaps. We reserved 2 handicap accessible rooms with river view many months in advance. Just before we arrived we received a phone call from the front desk asking if we needed both rooms to be handicap accessible. I told them that I would give one of them up as long as they gave us a comparable room. My dau

Our stay was frustrating and disheartening. There was no refrigerator and the hotel wanted an extra $10 to put one in our room. We had brought left overs from our family memorial service we had just come from. They put us in a handicap room and did not offer use of the luggage carriers. The parking garage was across the street and the hotel was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the front desk. They put us on the 7th floor. We asked for the luggage carriers and were shown where they were, but they were not offered to us to use. The front staff was sarcastic as we expressed our needs. The walk in shower had a small edge that allowed water to flow out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We had to lay down bath towels on the floor to keep the water from spreading everywhere. There were three bottles in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and another empty shampoo bottle and no soap bottles. The only redeeming part was the pillows and the bed being comfortable.

We have stayed at this property twice and had an excellent experience both times. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. We also loved the river walk and the location. It is close to shops and great restaurants. We had a lovely stay and are looking forward to returning.

check in was strange as had to take an elevator to registration desk then another elevator to room in room the desk lamp did not work one of the night stand lamps was extremely dim. the room was pretty dark after sundown. there were no glasses in the bathroom or the bedroom only two paper cups for the coffee maker. makes it hard to take medication.

My GPS took me 20 miles on local roads to get to the hotel. Not necessarily the hotels problem but it put me and my wife in a terribly bad mood upon arrival. Found out after the fact that there is an exit on the interstate that is only a couple of miles from the hotel. Apparently there was a traffic issue and my GPS rerouted me???????

Loved Lawrenceburg. Such a cute town great room and hotel. Of course the cookies are the best. Beds were comfy. Love that they have amenities enough to wash your hair. We also had the river view. Beautiful sunrise. Staff was amazing.
