Property was being remodeled, so some construction debris, but really nice decor of whats done. Breakfest a little skimpy but due to remodeling understandable, would stay again.

Paid room on April,when arrived hotel they did not have a king bed The lady first offered a room with 2 doble beds and at the end she gave me 2 queen beds. The hotel was In renovation no hot breakfast , and what was available was terrible. I spoke to manager that I deserve a small refund and I have received nothing

The property was under construction, 🤔it does not state that when booking and the elevator awful. Breakfast was setup in an empty room it was grab and go.

The property is in the middle of renovations. There was no ice available, my room phone didn’t work, and the TV remote didn’t have batteries. The ac had a burning smell when turned off. Due to construction there was limited parking on the property. However, the staff were nice and the room was clean.

When booking a room for the night while traveling, no mention of construction of hotel. There was no pool,gym and breakfast in a bag. No discounted price for this renovation inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I left and did not check in. The hotel was under renovation which I was not told by Expedia. It looked as if it were closed, very dark. The entrance looked as if it was a dark alley and was dirty. The space where guests were being checked in was hidden. When I asked if I could use a restroom and was directed to the restroom they had all of the breakfast supplies in the bathroom including the food. At that point I knew it was time for me to leave. I was also very disappointed when I tried to cancel my reservation and Expedia would not because the time to cancel had passed that morning even though I had been offered and paid for insurance that afternoon. This hotel should be closed during renovation. Overall extemely disappointed.
