We ordered a room and it was confirmed with a double bed. Me and my wife and two kids showed up and all they had was one king bed. I said thats fine can we just have a roll bed and they said they dont have that either. Wife and kids slept in bed and I had no where to sleep all night so just slept on the floor

Great hotel! The cleaning staff is on it! Every time we left our room for a couple hours, we came back to a very clean and fully stocked room! They have a coffee/doughnut shop in the hotel lobby so you can grab coffee every morning! It’s in the center city but the rooms are basically sound proof because I couldn’t hear the outdoor noise which was a huge plus! They have a steamer and hair dryer in the room so two less items to have to travel with! I would def. stay here again!

We stayed on the 8th floor and was surprised by how quiet it was. Didn’t hear much city noise. The Canopy is in a great location and walking distance to so many restaurants!

A very modern hotel beautifully decorated and maintained with quite large rooms for Philadelphia standards . It is close to Van Leeuwen ice cream shop which is a must trip and Chinatown where you can find real Peking Duck. But our room was on second floor and it was impossible to get any sleep due to some thumping music noise that went nonstop all night and could be heard even with ear plugs

We stayed for four days and never had housekeeping unless we asked for it. And even then it never came except for some towels tossed in a wad in our sink. Beds never made. Trash not emptied. Ran out of toilet paper. First room we were in had broken ac and was 98. They offered to switch us to another hotel but our kids had another room and we wouldn’t change so they found us another room on another floor. Every time we asked for help they were nice and asked us to leave a good review. Then zero follow through. It got so bad we put our trash outside our room for sanitation reasons. 24 hours later it was still there! Hilton is pretty reliable for quality but this place was understaffed and not worth the Hilton price. We go to philly once a year and are hilton reward members. Never again for canopy.
