Super handy for Phillies games
Came for a Phillies game. Great location—very walkable to the stadium. As a woman, I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone, but it was great with my brother along with me. Extremely nice staff. This appears to be the go-to airport for delayed-flight passengers, so it can get busy. The facility is older, but sufficient. The area around is a mix of old, a little sketchy, lots of road construction, and nicer nearer the stadium. Public transportation nearby.

Staff very nice. Very clean hotel. What I didn’t like was parking lot was full and you HAD TO use the valet service. They charged $15 night to park regardless but I was embarrassed because our reason to stay there was we attended a concert at Wells Fargo, a cashless venue so I literally didn’t bring cash and now unexpected I had to use valet and had no cash to tip Short drive to venues. Would stay there again

The hotel was clean. I was a little disappointed by the lack of menu options, given the suze of the hotel. Parkingbwas ample, and reasonable; rooms were clean; front desk employees could have been a little more helpful, but overall a pleasant stay

Our safe would not lock. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up. They never came? Their web page said dinner was at 4 pm on Sat, they were not open? Told me 5 pm. I brought it to the staff's attention, and he just smiled and walked away? Went to eat at 5:10 pm and was told the chef was not there? We had been on a train since 8 am. We needed real food. We went across the street to Penrose Family Restaurant (GREAT FOOD & SERVICE!). Never attempted the 2 free breakfast meals the next morning. We went across the street again. All in all, the hotel is nice and the cheapest around but, the staff and services there are terrible.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the A/C wasn’t working. There was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was convenient however the driver was pushy about us using him as a personal driver for the entire trip.

The first thing was that the entrance to the parking lot was blocked off and it said “valet only” and there was nowhere else to park and the valet was nowhere in sight for 5 minutes. So I parked in the circular driveway directly In front of the front door for a minute to run in and ask the front desk. They checked me in and said if I pay an extra 15$ I can get a thing to put on my windshield and ignore the signs and self park in the blocked off parking lot. So I went with that because the valet was still MIA. Then I got to my room and a big chunk of plastic was missing from the card reader. I went inside, and there was only one tissue left in the Kleenex box and the wand fell off the curtains when I tried to close them. It just seems someone in the chain of command here doesn’t know the difference between minimizing recurring costs and maximizing profits. It’s kind of got vibes of a rent-controlled slumlord who has no incentive for upkeep
