Nickel and dimes you. They charge you for parking which ties your hands because where else are you going to park? They also charge a tourist fee? Decent hotel but will nickel and dime you with their fees. Stay else where

Our door was left ajar by housekeeping I would presume. We had left at 9 am and when we returned at 10 pm the beds had been made but the door left open. Also the glass doors on the shower do not stay closed. This could have been disastrous but nothing was taken.

Only had one issue that was addressed by the staff, otherwise comfortable stay for what we needed. Valet parking was the only option. The room doors have gaps, so there were times when it was noisy.

There was construction the road outside the property, but it wasn’t a problem with getting in/out. The door to the room and bathroom were difficult to open/close because the door was really tight in the door frame. The wifi was difficult to connect to. The TV would also lose connection pretty frequently. There were not a lot of channels to watch. The staff were really friendly. The updates did make the everything look very nice. It was a convenient location to the Wellsfargo Center. I would stay here again.

Very nice room. I have never stayed on the 14th floor of a hotel. Nice view! Door did not close properly. Had to push it to make close. Door stuck ! In the middle of the night, i heard noise at my door. Scared me ! They charge me $100.00, not sure for what. I was told it would be returned to my account. Just checked my account, and it has not been returned as yet. I was told my room rate was $124.00. Checked my account, Expedia charged me $179..00. I will never go through Expedia again.

Nice hotel close to the 3 stadiums in the area.. Breakfast was a little overpriced with some main staples missing like honey. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive.
