I usually dread staying at older lower cost hotels because of the LOUD outdated a/c system. Surprisingly, I didn’t need ear plugs. The system was whisper quiet. Would definitely return for that reason alone. Bed was excellent. Did not hear street noise. Excellent kind staff.

Arrived and they said the AC “in some rooms” is not working and you need to go to the Aloft hotel. It was late at night in the rain and they wanted us to walk to the other hotel. Supposedly they did not have our info to advise about the issue. We did receive a welcome message! No sense. Terribleeeee ! I book a different category than what I received because of their issue. They should have upgraded not downgraded !

Your front staff was wonderful. They provided great service. The room was not cleaned till 5:30 in the afternoon. We called 3 times for service.

The worst experience
It was awful. I would never ever recommend this hotel. We had to wait a while for our room, then when we were told it was available when we arrived room service just started prepping the room-another 20 minutes. The next room the drawers didn’t stay closed which was a hazard walking by and the safe didn’t work. Then at our final (3rd room) room service never cleaned the room and we had to ask numerous times for supplies. The staff did not seem to care and then the air conditioning stopped working and the room was a sauna. A terrible awful experience.

The room was dirty, the top cover had something dried that looked like blood and the rest of the room just wasn’t in a clean state. There was left over tissue shoved into the peephole in the door from the previous guest. The hotel itself is very dark and gloomy. The valet parking is also extremely expensive and the only option for parking near the hotel. We wouldn’t go back again.

They gave me a room for disable people without asking me if I wanted it, which was not clean, the TV didn't work. I asked for a technician to come and fix it, but no one ever came. The first day, I went for breakfast, knowing that breakfast was served until 10 am, it was 10 am, and I was not served. I think they were more strict than they should be. I went to a hotel to stay and not to the army to train. Parking $65 per day I think is too expensive for hotel guests... because I travel often most hotels have it for free. The hotel equipment needs maintenance. The only positive is its location

I loved the architecture - amazing and seemed historic. My bathroom shower did not drain and caused water to come out of the shower and into the bathroom. I called the staff, and they said they'd send up towels, and no one showed up. I had to stand in 1/2 inch of cold water trying to get ready - glad I didn't drop my hair dryer or curling iron...I told the front desk and they apologized for no one showing up with towels to dry the floor.
