Property is old. Oh, jacuzzi and elevators have been out of service for months. There are homeless people that loiter at the entrance and both ends of the property. Wynham can do better by reinvesting in the property.

Room was clean and comfy, just old. Only thing I did not like about the room is that the Safety chain was missing from the door. Things I didn’t like about the property was the fact that there were homeless people loitering around the entrance and at both ends of the property. Also the pool, Jacuzzi and elevators were not in service and they have been down for a few weeks based on the reviews online but I just think that Wyndham can do a little better by investing a little money in the property since they bought them out.

This hotel is clearly in need of reinvestment. The front desk experience was truly bizarre. The pool and elevator were both broken and so being put in a second floor room had to drag my luggage up two flights of stairs…the room was filthy and noisy. The sheets were cleanish. I would never stay here again.

The area around this property is not great. During my stay the police were searching the river area behind for someone and there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. That being said, the price was affordable and the staff was great!

Where do I Start? I’ve stayed here before so I prepared myself for the worse. It was even more terrible than it was before. The floor in the room was wet. The carpet was so damp it soaked thru our socks. The room smelled so bad too. The drawer was broken and I had to leave it on the luggage rack. Management knew it was broken but didn’t say anything to us. The closet rack was gone so we couldn’t hang clothes with the 6 hangers provided. The room only had 2 available plugs. We had 5 items that needed to be plugged in. The microwave in the room was not connected to power so we couldn’t reheat our food. Breakfast is pathetic and the coffee is watered down. Toaster is broken. Why can’t they buy a cheap $20 toaster? Pool has been broken for 2 years. Area is not safe. Homeless encampment outside our river view window. I listened to fights all night long. At least the mattress was comfortable. Asked for the room to be serviced and it never was. 3 days of trash is a lot! Oh, I asked for an extra blanket and it had a bandaid on it.

I boked this hotel largely because it had a pool and hot tub, but both were closed. The butons on our A/C were missing as was the lock on our room door. Breakfast was bagels with a broken toaster and peanut butter and jelly. The bed was soft on one side and hard on the other from use. Would not have stayed if we weren't tired and desperate.

Gross, disgusting, damaged room reeking of stale desperation. Embarrassed to bring my wife there. Breakfast was pathetic but fresh. All staff were doing the best they could. Elevators broken, pool out of service. Wretched property that should be demolished, exorcised and then rebuilt.
