The pool and hot tub were both being worked on but the website only said the hot tub so we were expecting to be able to swim and didnt get to. There was a drug dealer in the room next to us and in the hallways when we were leaving.

Easy access and easy to find. Would be nice if it was close to EV charging. As it is an older building sound travels easily into the room, we heard loud taking, TV sounds throughout the night might be hard for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

Front desk staff was attentive. River view was lovely. Street construction required an alternative route via GPS to find the hotel. Other guests created a feeling of an unsafe environment. Over heard domestic violence occurring in a room down the hall.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. We arrived late but staff was readily available and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Had a slight musky smell but it went away once the air conditioner was turned on. Over all we were very satisfied

This was an exceptionally unpleasant experience. We booked this budget hotel because we only needed a place to sleep-over for a college tour. It was an added bonus that this facility advertised a pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, this hotel had BEDBUGS - LOTS of them!!. I dropped my daughter off after check in to go get gas and water, only to have her text me immediately that there were bugs! I raced back and brought the front desk worker up with me to investigate, to find to my horror that not only were there tons of bedbugs, but they had already bitten my daughter. The front desk was very kind to cancel my reservation, but because I had booked through a third party, I also had to spend a considerable amount of time w/ Expedia to ensure this had been cancelled. When we finally found another hotel, we were informed that this hotel is being subsidized as temporary housing for homeless individuals in the area. While I appreciate that subsidy for the unhoused, I feel it is incumbent upon those offering bookings to paying customers to be transparent about this practice. As well, I feel the agency offering this program is probably not following up on how things are being cleaned and managed. Oh, BTW, the pool and the jacuzzi were not in service - probably for the best. When all was cancelled, Expedia offered me a $25 credit on future bookings. That didn't even begin to cover the cost of rebooking, calming my daughter, and replacing the suitcase she refused to use ever again.

There were homeless people on the property the night we arrived and were in the dumpster next to our car. That felt very unsafe while unloading. The towels in our room were damp and one of the large towels had stains. We used our own for that reason. The bedding was clean and the room seemed clean.

The hosts & staff were very friendly & accommodating! Beds were very soft and comfortable. Room was very clean, however some of the drains and metal hardware were rusted over and furniture warped and stretched with time & use. Areas outside the rooms need a deep clean. Swimming pool was out of order and appeared to have been for quite some time. Lobby entrance has a cluttered look with plexiglass dividers all along the front desk and papers posted everywhere. Breakfast was nice but simple with yogurt, hot and cold cereal, bagels, toast, tea, cocoa, & coffee.

Location good for us; check-in a breeze; clean, comfy; good value for price; breakfast included cereal, hot and cold, yogurt….. much better than expected (was expecting packaged pastries, yech). The disappointment with our stay was that the pool and hot tub were closed. Could have used that

If I could give zero Stars I would. The room was not clean. There were beer bottles in ourwindow that our children found. There was a blood stain on the sheet. Front desk was not welcoming or friendly. Pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed. We chose this hotel over others that were cheaper and closer to our destination so that our children could swim in the indoor pool and as parents could use the hot tub. There was no mention of that anywhere. Breakfast was very minimal. Two cereals to choose from, a stale bagel or toast, packages of hot cereal. No hot water was available for the hot cereal or the tea. Went for an early evening walk and when we walked out there were several people sitting directly in front of the building on the curb by the doors. One lady was crying while the men that were with her were loudly consoling her. All of them appeared under the influence.

We arrived to check in and front desk manager was extremely rude. Never got up from his seat, said about 3 words, acted like it was a burden to check us in. We got our room cards and got up to the room and it smelled like cigarettes in tgere really bad, so we went back down to see about a diffent room. Upon telling the desk person about it, he started slamming things around very violently and acted like it was tge end of tge world to have to assign us another room. Me and my daughter were shocked as to how rude this guy was! It dosent take much effort to treat someone with kindness or respect. I will take every effort not to stay at a Super 8 by Wyndham ever again. Terrible experience.

The receptionist was very rude when checking in. Homeless people staying there. Very loud and noisy. Felt extremely unsafe. Have me a "trap house vibe" I do not recommend staying here!
