The pool and rooms are completely clean and comfortable that’s a plus . But the nighttime receptionist was rude to a family and myself They yelled at us bc we were in the pool which closes at 10pm . She got upset and basically stated that she would have to get up and watch us that’s why she closed the pool area . Which was lie bc people were in there longer than us . But over all the bed was comfy

Carpet looked like someone had thrown up and it wasnt fully cleaned, there were bugs in the bathroom, jacuzzi didnt work the first night we werent told about the special trick to get it to turn on, towels are in very poor condition, bathroom to small wall paper peeling in the bathroom due to its location small space with humidity and wall paper glue dont mix, reverse flow bathroom fan does not help the situation, had to have our keys reissued 6 times in the 4 days we were there this place was nice but its definitely in need of some upgrading

My only complaint about this place is upon checking I was told the pool closes at 10pm. We got to our room pretty late in the day due to a sporting event we attended and my son was looking forward to the pool. We rushed to change and figured the 30 minutes would have to do. To my surprise the same lady at check in who told us the pool closes at 10pm came in at 9:40pm asking us to leave. Had this been mentioned at the time at check in it wouldn’t have been a problem. But the fact that we only got to enjoy the pool for 10 minutes when we had accounted for the extra 20 was disappointing.
