Highly Recommend!!!!!
We only stayed one night and it was an amazing time. We attended a concert in Downtown Phoenix, so this hotel was near the light rail and made it an easy round trip. Check was easy peasy. The room was aesthetically pleasing. We had complimentary drinks at the roof top bar, very refreshing. We checked out the next day and picked up our complimentary booze pops. It was a short, but fun filled stay. We will be back again!!

Pretty nice little place. Didn't get to use the outdoor seating and firepit area It was 108 degrees. The place is old. But the did a very nice job on the remodel of the entire place. I would recommend it.. Food at the place across from the office was pretty dang good also, and a damn good glass of tea.

On the Travelocity website, it said room service, well, there is no room service. I had to go to the restaurant for ice and an ice bucket. The TV was Apple TV which it wouldn’t take my log in info. I just wanted a little news. What topped it off was there was no coffee pot in the room and the place to get coffee couldn’t charge to my room, which would have been fine if I brought my wallet with me. For someone who just wanted to veg out after a long day at the hospital, it really didn’t suit my needs.

Super disappointed in this overpriced hotel. It’s cute and aesthetic and because of that, seems they felt like they could skimp on basic amenities and nice service. No hot water in the shower after hours of trying. The front desk said “sorry we’ll note that.” With zero offer at first to make it right. Finally they said they would send someone and then never did. Internet didn’t work (in the midst of meetings) and the front desk said “I’m also having internet issues so I can’t apologize for that.” Super unfriendly and just not the service you’d expect when you’re paying 300 dollars a night. No coffee and no water in the room. Sink was broken so no cold water in the sink just warm. This seems like a great place if you plan to just drink by the pool and spend no time in your room. The restraunt was awesome!!! Amazing food and great service. Otherwise definitely skip this this place.

The hotel was very good and unique compared to typical hotels I stay at while traveling. I loved the boutique touches and the designs of the rooms and over aesthetics as a whole. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Honestly, everything was perfect!! Rooms were clean. NO BED BUGS!!! They provide two robes. Of course I’m thicker, so I couldn’t close mine lol other than, perfect atmosphere. I love the view. I’m not a big fan of plant life BUT it made it more romantic so it wasn’t a deal breaker. I didn’t travel alone but if I did, I would stay here. Pool area was clean. Hot tub was a vibe. Lylo drinks were amazing.

I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms…when I checked in and decided to lay down there were mosquitos flying all over the room…got some mosquito spray from the front desk and that took care of it. Anytime we sat outside to enjoy the outdoors we got bit soo bad…didn’t matter morning,afternoon or evening! I do not recommend the ground floor… Now the way their rooms are set up you need house shoes to walk around the room…no carpet! They could have provided those disposable house shoes
