Overall an OK place
Overall, compared to other rental properties, I'd rate this one decent. On the positive side, it was as described, although the spaces looked a little bigger in the pictures (that's normal these days, it seems). We didn't think the bed linens were fresh (and my wife always knows), and there's way too much furniture in the dining room for what the place needs. Knicknacks are abundant and there weren't any of the normal typical perks like coffee or some snacks for late night arrivals. The neighborhood is great and it's easy to get to and from the house. The host had excellent communication.

Surprise winter getaway
This was our third year to stay at this property, and fully enjoy the location, cleanliness, and layout. The owner is very accommodating and always responsive with her communication. We have booked again for next year and already looking forward to it!

Nice property in an excellent location

Great location for a couple of golfers
Liked the location and the house. Light switches in bedrooms didn’t function but there were table lamps. Small complaint, there was only one cereal bowl, maybe a quick trip to IKEA would solve it. Bottom line, I’ll come back.

The house is fine. Well furnished and clean. Good location. Only minor complaint was that there was no garage door opener. We had to get out of the car, unlock the front door and open the garage from the inside every time.

Very disappointed. The tub was in the common bathroom was clogged, standing water with nasty hair in it. So our whole family had to shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom had fast food wrappers under the bed! Beds are all broken down & very uncomfortable. The sink in the kitchen made a horrible screaming sound & hard to turn off. The garbage disposal didn’t have the rubber ring, so when you turn it on the food & water fly up everywhere including your face! The dishwasher was broken, only to find out after it was loaded, & I asked where the detergent was. Only provides one extra trash bag. I was told it’s because I was only staying 3nights & 4 days, if I needed more than 2 that I would have to buy them. No check out instructions. When I did ask I was told check out was @ 10am. On my booking it says 11am. The owner was very nice & responses quickly.

Immaculate and inviting.
Great neighborhood, clean and comfortable home, gorgeous backyard. There were only minor inconveniences, like a ceiling fan unable to be controlled, and the owner said the new washer and dryer had not yet arrived. Dishwasher was not operational, but we didn't generate enough dishes to wash, so it was no problem to hand wash the few dishes we used. I would stay here again if and when I need to make a trip to the Phoenix area. Good communication from the host as well.

Perfect location
Stayed for my sons baseball showcase. Location is walking distance to royals and rangers facility. Tons of restaurants and grocery within a few miles. House was a perfect fit for my needs.
