They charged 100 dollar depsit the TV was not working I never had them check the room before i could get my deposit back cash. felt like I stole something made me feel very uncomfortable.

Had Car trouble and got to the hotel at 2am and the front office refused to give me a room. Even though the room was paid for and technically I have the room until 1100am checkout time.
