First the pros...the property features a large, fully fenced backyard, there's a lovely neighbor to the south, it's quiet at night, and there is absolutely no concern that a pet could harm the furniture (see cons). The bed was comfortable enough and I felt like the place was clean. I honestly cannot, however, understand how people gave it 10 out of 10. Now the cons…Shabby does not begin to explain the state of this home. Tiles falling off in the shower. Notes everywhere (e.g., telling you to replace the towel behind the washer if it leaks) or my favorite, a sharpie used to write directly on the tiles of the shower telling you which handles to use. Luke warm water at best. Nightstands (I use this term loosely) are plastic storage draws which are so warped that items placed on them roll to the center. The rest of the furniture is possibly worse hence the reason your pet can't hurt anything, it's already shot. Shocking since this could have been a lovely home. My college-aged daughter has better and she uses crates as shelves. Honestly such a shame. Oh, and while the back yard is huge, there are burrs that will leave you and your four legged pal limping. BUT, there's a note letting you know that might happen. If you're looking for bare bones and are willing to look past the really really rough edges, this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.
