We booked 3 rooms, staff came and pounded on one room at 11:30 pm to fix a toilet, woke up the entire room. Pool was cold, hot tub was not even warm. Bedding had stains on it. Outside a group of you g men smoking pot.

Positives: it was close to the airport; room comfortable, quiet , & clean; breakfast was good. Negative: they had no luggage carts! They loaned us a laundry cart to get our things to the 3rd floor…not so lucky at departure. Unfortunate for two seniors.

We chose this property for its reasonable price and availability of the airport shuttle. We used the shuttle twice at very early hours and the staff was great at making sure our ride was there for us.

SPA/Jacuzzi was never hot. Ice machine on my floor was poor. Ice machine below my floor didn't work. Saw cockroaches inside the facility in hallway by back door. Refrigerator in the room froze our drinks.
