They have a nice breakfast. Clean for most part. I am disappointed that never cleaned my room or gave me new towels. I requested it two times in person at desk and on phone. I was there three nights and only wanted room nice for last night. Not too much to ask. Its nothing grear but not horrible. I went to deak and gave me towels. They were stingy had to ask for additional towel as only gave one. You would think after explaining whar they did they would be generous...hmmmm

Overall things were clean but lacking in service and amenities. Only 1 person was working when we checked in around 10pm. She was very helpful but she was in a difficult position having to check in new guests, find extra linens, and answer others’ questions. Although we reserved a room for 5, we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed, there weren’t enough towels and there were no blankets on the beds. Only sheets. We were able to acquire more sheets but were told the hotel management had determined that blankets were not essential for Phoenix temps.
The call to Uber to pick us up at the airport has sold me. That will be my primary consideration from now on. No waiting for the hotel shuttle that never comes or fails to stop for me.
No handsoap, there was old wendys food in the microwave, curtain didnt shut all the way, no cleaning during the stay. Overall disgusting. Would not stay again.
My recent stay at the Green Tree Inn was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. After a long journey, we arrived to find that there was no hot water for the entire first day, and the second day wasn't much better. We were unable to shower, which was an uncomfortable and frustrating start to our stay.
To make matters worse, there was no maid service throughout our visit. Trash wasn’t removed, and we had no clean towels or removal of dirty ones during our stay. This lack of basic hotel services was extremely inconvenient.
We also experienced repeated issues with the room’s magnetic cards, which kept malfunctioning and left us locked out of our room on several occasions. This was especially frustrating, as there was only one employee at the front desk handling the entire hotel, causing long waits just to resolve simple issues.
The property itself was unsettling. We noticed several homeless individuals on and around the premises, which didn’t make us feel safe or comfortable during our stay. Inside the room, the situation didn’t improve. We found a disturbing roach infestation in the bathroom, and the bathtub drained so slowly that it took over 45 minutes to empty after a shower. Additionally, I ended up cutting my hand deeply on a sharp nail that was sticking out from under the shelf where the towels were stored.
The condition of the room was far below acceptable. The sheets were stained, the floors throughout the hotel felt sticky and all things broken
The area is fine friendly staff but x2 light bulbs burnt out a coffee maker did not work at all and staff was great to get rid another one. Sheets dirty did not use pillows on bed as found a bug on one. Went thought everything on that bed and found dried food under the mattress pad. Light kept going on/off in the bathroom sink area. Reported that as can be a fire hazard. The actual area and hotel was set up nice found someone plastic bag behind the bathroom door wasn’t mine. Question the cleanness. Won’t be staying again. The breakfast was decent.
This was my second overnight in five days. I checked in on Jan 1st. I called the hotel from the airport for an Uber pickup, as they no longer have a shuttle. The person on the phone said she could not hear me, and she told me to just take a taxi and she would reimburse me, which she did $15. I went to the room and the TV did not work, so the lady at the front desk came to the room and said someone changed the plugs. Then the remote didn't work so she came back to the room with a different one. The bedding was old. The sheets were thread-bare and the blanket between the sheets was very OLD. I went to breakfast and it was dismal. The mini omelet was rubbery and the potatoes were cold. Thank God there was a blueberry muffin. Went back to my room to shower and I could not even turn on the faucet. So again, I was unable to take a shower. Upon checking out of the hotel I explained to the desk clerk my complaints which she wrote down in a spiral folder. I said I would never come back to this hotel and that I wanted a refund. I emphasized that it would NOT get a good review. So here it is. I have never heard back from hotel management. I still want a refund. Don't stay here.
I have previously stayed at this hotel with no problems. This time after I checked in, I tried to take a shower but there was no not water. I checked in about 5 pm. The hotel told me they were having plumbing problems. I had a 6 am departure from SKY Harbor airport so I had to have a 5:00 Uber pickup. They no longer have a shuttle, but they do pay for the Uber. I was back again on Jan 1 for an overnight and the problems there were worse. see my next review. At this point I did not ask for a refund, but I did complain.
The bad: Our phone didn’t work. Our television didn’t work. They tried moving us, but that room’s television didn’t work either (cable out). I watched the big game in the lobby. Ice machine didn’t work. Sketchy homeless people in the parking lot.
The good: Friendly staff. Free Uber shuttle to the airport.
