The area is definitely not super safe feeling. The rooms were big and clean staff was very nice. Property was a little out of the nicer area but close to a lot of things. Breakfast says till 10 but at 9:15 it was mostly gone and cold, said they werent making more which was disappointing.

Overall pleasant stay. Friendly attitude at the front desk, Donnie. Room’s curtain a bit stained but the room itself was clean. One of the better free breakfast. Would stay here again

We were excited to use the pool but they closed it down and didn’t let customers use it the day we were staying at the hotel one or the reason we booked this hotel. I always book Hampton and have never had an experience like this. Front desk lady was not very friendly a little upset with this stay and service.

STAY AWAY!! BED BUGS
My experience was horrbile. My mother got bit by bedbugs... we informed the office the next morning. They did offer us a different room the next night, which was just as bad. My little brother ended up getting bit as well. Overall horrible experience and sleepless nights.

A decent price for a wonderful hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area and had short commutes to restaurants, shopping, and the freeway. The room was comfortable and clean. Nothing "fancy" but it had all the needed and modern amenities. I will book again.

Poor customer service changes hotel experience
Upon arrival the front desk worker did not have adjoining rooms as was requested and was not helpful to accommodate. Once in room the pull out couch bed was broken and we had to change rooms. Front desk agents were not very helpful or wanting to help. The breakfast had great options and was most positive of entire experience.
