My girlfriend booked this room, It was a really nice suite for our family. Besides being a little far away from Syracuse it had all the amenities we needed. The free breakfast was a nice thing. The staff were friendly and courteous. There’s lots of food options close by as well. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed staying here, the pool is an awesome benefit and clean. Room was fairly clean but clearly has not had a deep clean in sometime. Cabinet housing fridge was very dirty, as was under desk along baseboards. Bathroom vanity should be updated, paint was chipping due to water damage. Other than that very clean and comfortable. All associates were very kind and helpful, continental breakfast was good and had many options. Will definitely stay here again

The property was fine. Basic Hampton Inn quality. We got a jet tub room and the first one smelled weird. Smelled like smoke maybe? Call down they give me the last room with a jet tub. Again, weird smell. We stayed, but idk it was stinky.

I had a very nice double bedroom with two beds. The breakfast was very nice and had a different variety of eggs and meat every morning. I loved the two different choices of waffle batters. I had a great experience!

Staff was pleasant, room was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect for shopping and dining! Would be nice if the bed mattress was secure so the whole mattress doesn’t come flying up when you sit on the end…just a suggestion!!
