Great locale. Good price. Fabulous beds/rooms.
Great rooms. Kids loved not having to share a bed (they are 6'2" teen boys). Daughter was picked up at airport by a wonderful, friendly, accommodating (free!) shuttle driver (shout out to Adriano) so she wouldn't have to wait at the airport for us for an hour. Kids all said the breakfast was amazing! FREE PARKING was a huge draw for mom. Great locale. Good price. Fabulous beds/rooms. Safe feel to the area. Why don't all hotels have a sleeper sofa?? The room sleeps 6. We'll definitely be back!

The plumbing for the bathtub needs to be fixed. While we were in the bedroom, we heard water gurgling in the bathroom. Upon checking, we were appalled to see dirty water was regurgitated from somewhere - just not sure whether it was from floor above or below. Since I had another issue w/the room, I was too exasperated to complain to the front desk again. Thank goodness your staff were great!

Conveniently located near the airport, and rooms were clean. Staff members aren't the friendliest, and nothing really stood out with the stay. It would be nice if they offered coffee after 9:30 am, which is when the breakfast service closes.

This newly remodeled hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and modern with very comfortable beds. The free breakfast buffet is very nice. Parking is easy and free, but they also offer a free shuttle to nearby businesses. The staff is excellent and you can tell that customer service and friendliness is part of the culture. Whenever we asked for assistance from the desk staff, breakfast buffet team, as well as a member of the hospitality/cleaning team; they were all so helpful.

We stayed at Hyatt Plaza before and after our trip to NYC. The hotel was so convenient to Sky Harbor airport, and Hyatt's shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up when we returned. We left the car at the Hyatt for a modest fee. We would definitely stay again.
