Everything is good but charged me $50.00 more than the cost Expedia offered. They explained the extra $50.00 is for something state fee. However, other hotels didn’t charge this kind of fee.

I am retired thus not staying current with the state of the hospitality industry so I did not expect to encounter a Hyatt so rundown and poorly maintained. Our room’s bathroom is a disgrace. It is a large room with one of those tiny bathrooms where you must move to an uncomfortable place to open the door to exit. The shower is a wrench which was poorly repaired to be an even bigger wreck. It was hotel 6 gross. The toilet seat slid around the toilet which is an easy repair but I wasn’t going to do it.

Staff were very nice when we checked in. Rooms were very spacious larger than most hotels. They offer transportation via shuttle to/from the airport. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Parking was terrible, it was a small lot in the back or it could of been due to it being New Year Day. They didn’t clean the room or bring fresh towels. It was decent for the price
