The front desk is great. They were pretty nice but the housekeepers are not nice woman. I walked in on them taking pictures of my purses. (I have designer bags) she was start up taking pictures of my personal items and then rushed downstairs to try to beat me there before I could tell on her and they start speaking Spanish (knowing I can’t understand) I felt extremely uncomfortable from that point on.

The beds are so hard and stiff my back was hurting every night, TV had been hit by maintenance (came in and looked at it with the front desk lady & started speaking in spanish that when they were moving things around they hit the TV and forgot to tell them and there was a bulb broken couldn’t even enjoy at least the TV or my sleep there.

A very good one night stay
This one night stay was pleasant. Everyone we worked with at the desk was friendly and helpful. They were remodeling the hotel so it wasn't at its finished best. But they certainly made the best of it.

Poor managed Hotel!
The clerk was not cordial. He asked for our IDs, photocopied, we signed in and he gave us the keys. Nothing said, place was under construction, had no hot water, and parking was hard to find.
