This gorgeous dream home is in the heart of beautiful Scottsdale / Kierland, boasts 3,800 square feet, six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), and can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests (5 king beds, 3 full beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa sleeper, plus a bean bag that becomes a queen bed).

Completely remodeled inside and out, this property includes all the luxury amenities you would expect from a home of this stature. The entry is expansive with its vaulted ceilings, where you will then find all new flooring, appliances, furniture and bedding for true comfort and a gorgeous décor.

Living Room: Comfortable and enormous sectional, a 75” HD Smart TV, complete with Sonos Soundbar and premium cable programming, a Blu-Ray DVD player and Apple TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and features new stainless steel appliances, and all the supplies and utensils needed for the chef (or chefs!) in your group. You'll love the granite counters and island with bar seating. Enjoy those delicious meals and snacks at the kitchen bar or at the breakfast nook table.

Dining area: Seating for up to sixteen at the large dining room table.

Grand Master Bedroom (main floor)- King bed, along with a queen sofa sleeper. Hot Tub: Yes private

Pool: Yes, private pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. Pool has a deep end of 9' and includes a diving board.

Outdoor Shower: Large tile outdoor shower just added on the side of the house.

Outdoor Fire-pit: Yes, relax and enjoy some conversation on the cooler evenings.

BBQ: Yes, enjoy some grilled favorites in the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sink and a mini-fridge, and a dining table with seating for up to 12.

Family and Friends Getaway

This rental was perfect for our 4 families. 8 Adults and 8 kids ranging from 8-12. Enough space where no one felt on top of each other. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities to feed 16 people. We would definitely book again!

This would've been a straight five star rating, with the exception of issues with the hot tub that was not clean and usable. Also, it did not appear that the pool had been cleaned in the days leading up to our arrival because there was a layer of fine sand and other items in the bottom of the pool. The kids still loved it and we will definitely return to this property again.!

Winter Vacation

Five stars all around. My friends and I were seeking a winter vacation, and this place was the perfect fit for it. The pool was clean and very enjoyable, along with all the other things to do at the house. I will always consider this place for future vacations and have even been asked to make it a yearly trip. Beautiful family getaway home

The backyard was so fun with lots to do for our large extended family trip. Was clean and had all the amenities, towels, beach towels, etc that we needed as well as a pretty good selection of kitchen items for the couple of meals we made while staying here. The master bedroom area is huge and secluded from the other bedrooms. Also the upstairs loft/tv/pool room was a great addition for a teen/kid hang out area. We did pay for the pool heat and it definitely was not heated the whole time we were there but we did contact them and get it figured out eventually. The diving board was a ton of fun for the kids and adults alike! We would go back!

Amazing experience and great service!!

The staff took take of all of my party's problems, even made it easy when I couldn't attend due to an emergency. I personally didn't get to go but those that did loved not only the house but the area. All twelve were comfortable and would def go back again!!

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a great time at this home! There was plenty of room and so much to do. The bunk bed rooms brought us back to our sleeping dorm days at some of the girl’s old sorority and it was fun to be able to stay all together. The property is beautiful. It was easy to get Ubers to the bars. We never had any trouble with the neighborhood it was all very nice. The only thing I would advise is that this was a group of girls and there was not one full length mirror in sight. There were also no mirrors in the bedrooms themselves so a little harder to get ready when there were so many women in the house. All in all we loved our stay and would stay at this property again!

Great house with lots to do (heated pool and toys, hot tub, bocce ball court, fire pit, basketball hoop, putting green with clubs, chess board, rowing machine, pool table, etc.). We rented a high chair and a baby crib from a 3rd party company but the house had both, wish that was included in the listing or noted when we asked the iLoveScottsdale team. The house had a baby seat (think high chair that straps on dining room chair) + a few pack and plays. Location was great. ILoveScottsdale team was fantastic to come and swap out propane tanks, fix ceiling fan issue, etc. would 100% rent this house / others on their site again. The house had more than advertised when it came to the essentials (Kirkland sized shampoo/conditioner/soap, pods for washer dryer, bulk quantity trash bags, 50+ beach towels and bathroom towels, yoga mats, medicine balls, extra fridge, excess toilet paper, etc). We had 3 families all in the same space and it was a nice fit. Beds are comfy, space is perfect, and the welcome basket was a nice touch.

Incredible Property!!!

Amazing inside and out! We loved the pool, hot tub, putting green, basketball hoop, pool table, kitchen, and everything else this house has to offer! You will not be disappointed! Our kids loved the upstairs kids bedroom with all the bunk beds, tv, and games! 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back and stay at this property when visiting Scottsdale in the future!
