DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. I was looking for something fast and cheap since I was only in town for a short period of time This was one of the very worst experiences that I have had in hotel rooms. I tried two different rooms. The first there were lights burnt out, and the bathtub was chipped and rusted. I did not try the bed. The second had a light burnt out, I got an extra blanket that had burn holes in the blanket, the final straw was that the toilet was not working because there was no chain to the flapper. I had to reach my hand in an pull the flapper up. The second I lay down in the bed I started itching. I left the room within 2 hours of checking in. I called Expedia, and I talked to the people on duty. They were able to cancel the second day of a two day trip, but since I was in the room for 15 minutes they would not give me a refund on the night.
Dirty and had bugs.
No coffee maker. The receptionist had to go dig around and brought a dirty dusty coffee maker. But I did appreciate her helpfulness.
The room had a very strong bleach smell.
I found BLOOD ON THE WALL,Headboard and the floor next to me!! And the room smelled like cigarettes. When I addressed to the actual GM she didn’t even show any emotion or empathy towards the situation instead she was rude and had two solutions to give me my money or clean it up WHAT DID I WANT! She had told me! I can’t believe this and her management skills along with the lazy staff!

It was good for one night stay.
Surroundings are ok, near Arizona Mills, and walking steps to burger king and fry's gas station.
The place is ok, clean, but there are other guests with another daily schedule, because while You are sleepping, they arrived at their room at 3am, cook and chat as they are the only guests at the hotel. I don't understand why if hotel was almost empty why did they asign contiguos rooms. There is a $100 deposit that they did not refund, so I Guess I have to call Expedia exec later.
Curley black pubic hair in the bathroom sink, hair in the bottom of the shower, bathroom had not been swept or vacuumed. The room was cold the A/C had been left on. Television had been unplugged but we finally figured that out. I killed a brown colored insect with wings on the bathroom floor. We tried to return the room keys but there was no one at the front desk and the office was locked. We wanted to ensure the $100 security fee had been returned to us. The photos of the property look nice and the exterior was generally. What we found inside was not so good. Our friend stayed in a room on the first floor, TV didn’t work and he wouldn’t take a shower there. My friend Rob is 76 and a combat veteran. I think that says something. We all wanted a receipt but again there was no one in the office and it was locked.
The clerk cancelled my reservation because i dared to ask why my card was charged before my check in. It was only to hold the reservation
I was not contacted to get my permission. I would like to be contacted by corporate.
