The home includes 4 bedrooms, which are designed for comfort and style and allow for a variety of sleeping arrangements. When you need to have some peace and quiet, you can stream your favorite show in the bedroom of your choice.
And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This huge private resort-like yard is all yours. Take a refreshing dip in the heated saltwater pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. • Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.
• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• Locals must message before booking.
