The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The air wasn’t super powerful, but enough to circulate the room. Easily walkable to beaches and Bangla street, but separate enough to not be right in the bustle of the wild energy of Patong nights.

Great location and ambience.
This was a perfect location at the quiet end of Patong beach but just a short walk to all the activity. The family room suited us for a short stay with two teens, next time if we stay longer we’ll take a bigger room. Breakfast was nice each morning although after 5 days we wanted more variety / options. Overall wonderful and we hope to come back some day.

Just awesome! Had the best stay at Liv Hotel. So clean and tidy. The staff were amazing (special mention to the bar guy, Smart and manager, Nick) and the restaurant had yummy food - especially their mango sticky rice was to die for! Walkable distance to the markets and many restaurants nearby. Beach view was the highlight! Thank you Liv. We will definitely be back again :)

This hotel was great. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The location was great - right on the beach and close enough to the action without being right in the middle of things. There were great food options near by also. The room was clean, spacious and overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is the place to stay for Patong Beach. It’s located on the “quiet” end of beach road, across the road from the beach. It’s modern, clean, moderately priced, open airy and inviting. The staff, starting with Operations Manager, Nick Bovine are friendly and helpful. The pool is small but welcome after a hot day seeing the sights. The upper floors have balconies with a great view of Patong Bay and the beach and usually have a cooling breeze off the ocean. I truly enjoyed my stay.
